Emma took only a few steps before hesitating, her ears picking up a faint growl and her eyes immdiately snapped to brush around her, picking up on the movement. Fear boiled inside her at the thought of it being that brute who had been chasing her last night. Before taking a run for it though, she noticed the eyes weren't the same, harsh red colour but instead a gleaming blue in the sunlight.

Azrael continued his pace through the forest, casually moving around the several trees which were spaced throughout the forest and then climbing over trunks which had fallen into place years ago and were now rotting on the floor. He kept his senses open and alert, faintly picking up that of a she - wolf's but instead of becomming more hesitant, he kept his cocky, breezy stride forward. Directly into the fea's path.

Alexia didn't hesitate when she saw the brute. She lowered to the ground, hackles raised, a growl ripping from her throat. "You're on my land, brute. I suggest you scoot your boot before I do it for you," she barked, baring her teeth at the handsome male that stood before her. It was the good-looking ones you had to keep your eye on.

Adriano spoke. "You are tresspassing, on my land. What's your business here, loner?" he growled, ears pressed against his skull. He lowered himself to the ground, his stomach brushing the forest floor.

Callous had smelled the new wolf, too. He glanced at Adriano, knowing that the Alpha would probably wish to take care of the new wolf by himself. He picked up the scent of deer nearby, and tracked it, making sure to keep Adriano still withing eyeshot, just in case the fea proved to be a problem.

It wasn't just her, he had that curiousity towards everyone he first met. "Nahh, I think I'll stay here," he stated easily, like joining her pack wasn't her decision, it was his.

Emma hesitated, she couldn't tell his brute the true reason why she was now in his territory. He would force her leave, turn around and take the trouble somewhere else, which would lead her right back to the wolf hunting her. Another dark, rain-filled sky over her head and the image of running through the forest, fear pounding in her head filled her mind. "Oh, I was just... lost, I don't mean any harm," she said, avoid having to lie and cover the secret. Her hazel eyes glazed over, filling with that hopeful spark and innocence. Honestly, she wasn't sure where she was and personally, she didn't mean to cause any harm.

Leafe stood from where he had previously been, his curled tail snapping against his back. He took the correct alpha posture, ears pricked, eyes staring into the intruder's, hackles slightly raised, lips slightly curled back to reveal yellow stained teeth. He kept silent, in case Alexia decided to speak.

((I'm feeling like a lonely little Shadow here, so I figured I should at least make an RP post. XD If anyone has any free characters and actually wants to roleplay with me, they can, but if not at least I can develop Arashi a little more.))

Wind flattened Arashi's fur against her sides as she made her way to the edge of the lake. Hah, won't it stop blowing? she grumbled to herself, narrowing her eyes slightly and stopping just a few paws away from the water. If only the wind would at least bring a few rainclouds with it . . . then at least it'd have a point, but no. All it did was blow and blow and blow.

Growling under her breath, the gray fea lowered her head to the water and lapped at the icy liquid.

Alexia bristled. "Do you dare challenge me, runt?" she growled, through clenched teeth. "I'll be the death of you, personally, if you don't either 1.) leave or 2.) tell me your business here."

Adriano nodded, barely, but still, buying the innocence act. "What's your name, fea?" he asked, nose at work.

"Someone's grouchy today, I see," Izzy said calmly with a smile, showing that he was obviously enjoying watching her get so worked up. "Or are you like this all the time, on edge about everything?" he asked, his eyebrows lifting in curiousity and playfulness. He stood up and slowly moved in a circle around the fea, not giving attention to the other brute nearby her. He was evaluating her from all sides, taking in her posture and appearance, while he finished his slow circle around her. "Honestly, though, If I meant you harm, don't you think I would of already attacked you?" he said, coming up on her left side.

Emma let relief fill herself up, he had bought the innocent act and wasn't questioning her just yet. She just had to keep it up and never let anything slip on accident. "EmmaRosa," she said softly, with a relaxed tone in her voice. "but I go by Emma sometimes," she added in, really any nickname someone wanted to call her, she didn't mind at all.

Callous' attention was diverted from the deerwhen he saw a plump pheasant. True, a deer had much more meat, but pheasants were rare, delicious, and tricky to catch. It would be worth it; he could catch deer later, too. Callous sprung foward, intending to sink his claws into the feathery mass. However, he overshot himself, and ended up tumbling into a strange fea.

Alexia growled, her coat pricking in spots near her neck and along her spine. She rose from the ground, chest huffed out in pride, her eyes narrowed in hatred. Who the heck did this brute think he was, coming onto her land and..judging her without even knowing her. Well, she thought, I guess that's what I'm doing to him, judging. A growl rippled from her throat. "Think what you want, brute," she told him. "If you are to stay on my land, make yourself useful, and join my pack. We could use a brute like you." She grinned at him, her eyes batting gracefully. "I mean, we really need a brute like you; cocky and stupid. I mean, how else are we gonna catch those big bucks?" She cleared her throat. "Well, if you understood all that, come along. If, however, you need me to explain it with stupider words and much slower, I'd be happy to oblige."

"Hello, EmmaRosa," Adriano replied, smiling slightly. "Couldn't I call you Rosa? It means rose, correct? Roses are very pretty." He grinned, showing bright white teeth. "As are you, Rosa."

Azrael smirked at her attempt to fire back insults toward him, "You know, you really shouldn't underestimate people," he said with a flick of his tail, "even if they are cocky." He let his grin fade into a solemn expression, moving to whisper into her ear, "After all, you know that she - wolf's like you fall for guys like me in the end," he finished, pulling back from and letting a wide grin spread across his face.

Emma was a little caught off-guard by his flirtacious attitude at first, but then she realized that brutes were all the same. While she would normally snap back at people like him, she decided not too. "Uhm, Thanks." she said modestly, "You can call me Rosa, I suppose," she said with a sly smile.

Arashi found herself taken by surprise when some thing barreled straight into her side. A snarl escaped her mouth as the furry lump knocked her over, and then there was a splash as her head sank into the water. What the heck?! She scrambled back to her feet, head utterly soaked, and then her eyes widened as she found out it wasn't just a random furry thing that had knocked her over - it was another wolf. And not even just another wolf, but a Lower Coldwood wolf, too.

"You idiot! What the heck was that?" she demanded angrily, baring her teeth.

Alexia growled when he got close. But she heard him, loud and clear. "Shouldn't I?" she snapped, ignoring his second comment. "I mean, I do happen to have an opinion and you do happen to be stupid." Alexia returned the smile with a grim smirk of her own, that expressed extreme hatred towards the brute. She leaned her muzzle over to her ear. "And, no, I have no intention on falling for you, Doll," she whispered, through clenched teeth.

Adriano smiled. "I'm Adriano. You can call me that, Ano, Ad, Adri, or whatever you like. Just don't call me anything stupid, like Brick or Oven." He chuckled.

"Good luck keeping that intention," he said with a sly grin on his face, holding her gaze a moment longer before looking around his surroundings. A few moments passed before he turned back towards her, "So, alpha, where is this high and mighty pack of yours?" he asked.

Emma smiled lightly at his joke and then nodded, "You won't have to worry about that," she said, referring to not calling him any stupid nicknames. She glanced around the forest once more, not really sure what to say or do. This brute was obviously harmless and maybe even a little dull, where was the action and life? Her gaze finally returned to his, she couldn't complain though about the quiet, it was better than running through the rain to avoid death.

"My pack was killed in a fire," she sneered, "but, Leafe, the brute that was here, behind me, earlier, is a part of my new pack." She rolled her eyes. "I'm guessing you'd like to join?"

Adriano smiled. Suddenly, a new scent of a new wolf, a fea, filled the air. For a slight moment, his ears pressed back against his skull, the rip in his ear, he was sure, standing out as it always did when he was angry. He looked back at EmmaRosa and his smile returned, his ears pressing forward, off his head. "I'm guessing you would like to join my pack?" he asked.

Arashi narrowed her eyes even more than before. What was his problem? How had he not been driven off the territory by now? He was certainly rude enough for such actions to be well deserved.

"If you'd like to be smart, go ahead. But I demand a decent answer," she said, amber eyes beginning to burn with irritation. "You should've been more careful! I nearly drowned!" She vigorously flicked her head to get more water off, just to prove her point.

Callous kinda liked messing with this she-wolf. It was entertaining, in a slightly sadistic way. Oh, that really is terrible. I should apologize to her......eventually.

Arashi snarled furiously, barely able to contain her anger at this point. I’m just about sick of him! “Just shut up and leave me alone already. This is . . . irksome.” The fur on her back slowly started rising as she stared the brute down, trying to convey that he would definitely regret not listening to her. “Or else.” That, if nothing else, would definitely get the message across.

Callous just swished his tail back and forth, not letting his face show his undeniable amusement.
"Or else what? I've got time to hear," he queried, getting ready to defend himself for when they fea would leap at him, ready to claw his face off.

"I'm sorry to hear about that," he said softly, a sincere look perhaps even crossing his expression for a few moments. His eyes were directed towards her as he spoke, keeping the honest look on his face for once. It wasn't long though before a playful grin came back after speaking, "Maybe I would, I haven't decided yet."

Emma thought momentarily, joining a pack would provide her shelter and new wolves to befriend and become alliances. "Uh," she began to nod her head but hesitated. Was that being selfish? She was bringing trouble like she always did, and that wasn't fair to others. Quickly brushing away that thought, "Yeah, That'd be nice..." she said softly, looking away from the brute for a moment. She couldn't meet his eyes, the one thing about when she lied. If they didn't deserve it, she couldn't do it and Adriano definitely didn't deserve it.
