"The Hunger Games" PRP

So, I was thinking it would be cool to have a PRP on "The Hunger Games." I haven't really figured out the details yet. I have a few ideas, though.

1. We use book characters
2. We only use original characters, perhaps with the exception of President Snow. That way, we are free to decide who lives and who dies. The problem would be deciding who is the one that gets to live.

So we'd each have eight tributes to begin with, and then each lose... I dunno, two or three at the Cornucopia?

We could also each have four boys and four girls.

Also, to determine the character that gets to live, we could have a drawing and only notify the person with that character, so it sort of stays a partial surprise? I dunno how to determine the order of death, though.

Yeah. And all eight should be from a different district, right?

No, because someone has to actually do the drawing, so unless the person who did it was the person who owned the winner only one of us wouldn't know. I think we shouldn't pick the specific character, just pick one of us and then that person would either make a character to be the winner or, if the characters were already made, pick one of their characters to win. As for order of death, I'd say just do it randomly?

If we had it as one big RP (Lucky, Ratty, Moi and Bee) we'd get 6 characters each. And then we'd need a random generator to select someone to win.
