Semi-elite/elite PRP?

A topic I'll be good at, if possible.
I want to try and write lots for TwigWriSum, so I'm wondering if anyone wants to do a semi-elie/elite PRP with me? :3

Hmmm...*Sudden idea!* How about it is 2013, and when they all said the world would end in December of 2012, they were wrong! However, a plague did race across all of Earth, killing all adults in a horrible sickness. Now, the only survivors (Kids 15 and under) are forced to survive. They live in their past homes, yet have to create some sort of protective system around their home so food isn't stolen. They rob old homes which held only adults for food, because they are now vacant. How about that?

You could do both... Like combine between the two of them

Like a high school for the magical people... Witches and the Wizards are the popular crowd, vampires are the goths, the werewolves are the jocks, the shape-shifters are the geeks and stuff like that... Just an idea
