are we allowed to advertise Twig on our blogs?

Can I advertise Twig on my blog? I don't know if anyone reads it, but if it could get members...

if anyone says no, I'll completely follow instructions.

:3 If you'd like to, I think that'd be awesome. The only place I'd really worry about advertising is on sites that have rules against it. Like on WI, where a siggy link is the only thing we're allowed to do.
