Cyn's Song
As a part time singer, writer and lunatic, I cordially bid you to hear of my day. Beware straw corpses.

Alright guys, you will suffer on this blog early because sometimes these straws aren't enough for my rare moments of grumpiness and anger and the like. I take pleasure in whichever path you take: listen and be bored to death with my complaints, or ignore and I keel you with a plasma gun. Either one works for me, eh heh.

So. I agreed with my dad that I would test and see if my older dog Oreo (almost a year old) didn't like walking with Dad or if he didn't like walking in the morning. Usually in the summer I wake up around nine, so I was expecting to get my time's worth when walking Oreo, at least the whole street or whatever. Guess how far Oreo actually goes?

I did not wake up at seven thirty in the morning to go next door and come back home eight minutes later. (And don't say it was nine thirty somewhere.)

Not only am I disappointed about that, but I'm grumpy because I got up two hours earlier than I normally would, and my sister was screaming her head off about me HUMMING a yard away from her while her computer is blasting Sesame Street tunes 24/7, and over on the couch is my grandma shouting at me to try singing louder to see if my sister (Sammy) wouldn't mind that versus this tiny little buzzing I've been doing.

OHMYFREAKINGGOSHPEOPLEJUSTSHUTTHEFREAKUPORISLAPSYOU! *runs around screaming in terror*

I mean, I love my family ~~for the most part~~, but hey, I would really, really, REALLY appreciate duct tape rights. When was the last time I screamed at them? When was the last time I sang like I was at the Super Bowl and performing for millions right in my sister's ear? When was the last time I did anything but keep to my lonely self over here at my laptop?

But they're gonna scream at me if I make a mumble.

So is that how this is going to be? Fine then, family. You're going to get the silent treatment the rest of the gosh darn day—or at least as long as I can tolerate the movement. Well, not the whole family, just my sister and my grandma, who will probably backfire it at me later, but oh well. Whatever.

Right now I'm doing a couple of things to remain invisible and in the shadows. First off, I'm chewing on this straw left over from last night's Mobil soda trip. Not only does it release some of my stress, but it keeps my trap shut so my sister and grandma can keep to their shriekish selves without a little whisperer interrupting their shrill happiness. I've already cut the head off once because when I chewed on it I was gagging, and I think I'm gonna have to cut it off here once again. Speaking of heads, it also soothes my sadistic side. >3

Another thing I'm doing is keeping my feet propped up on the wall above the electrical outlet. If they prefer it that I stay at my laptop for ten hours and allow my brain to explode, why should I bother to leave? And the part with the electrical outlet—why not risk a test? If I get electrocuted, would my sister and grandma scream in terror, or would they fall silent or talk normally as they actually find pleasure in their screaming? I wonder. Too bad I would never find out. Not that I want to...

Oh, great, I'm gagging again. *cuts head off of straw* Okay, let's continue.

I'm wondering if I should give my sister a break. I know she's autistic and all, so screaming is one of the two ways she knows of communicating and is occasionally her preference. But not all kids scream at their older sisters for activating their vocal chords (or cords in this case?), even the slightest bit. I thought I was doing her a favor by not making as much noise whenever I did so she wouldn't be bothered because my voice was so minuscule. Heck, turns out I was wrong, bloody wrong at that. Meh.

Haha, the moment I typed bloody my tongue started bleeding. I think I'm now content that I can suck on my own blood.

... I'm sorry, that was awkward.

You've probably had enough of that crap, so I'll go on to explain the Playlist, granted I can be happy enough to do that. I knew today was the first day of summer—oh wow, what a bright way to start summer, I now realize!—and it's also my ex friend's birthday ... UGH.

Okay. Back to work. So it is the FIRST DAY OF SUMMER. Nothing more. And instantly I was thinking of The Beach (song 2). At the time though I had been listening to Song 3. I thought about the lyrics of the All Time Low song, and it struck me.

1. It's Five O' Clock Somewhere, by Alan Jackson ft. Jimmy Buffett. Well, it's true. And it'd be so fun to just walk out of school, and someone asks, "What do you think you're doing?" and you say "It's two twenty two, sir!" He comes back with, "No, it's nine twenty two!" And then you shrug and say, "Well it's two twenty two somewhere. QUICK CLOSE YOUR EYES AND MAKE A WISH!" Then you run off when he falls for it. Let's say somebody actually did that though.
2. The Beach, by All Time Low. Guess where that junior high student went after he fooled everybody by claiming it was two twenty two (which it technically was)? He went to the beach! And you know, he's your typical junior high dude, immature and crazy about girls in bikinis at Daytona or wherever. So this guy is having a ball.
3. Guilty Beauty Love, by Miyano Mamoru. Who's that he spies in the corner? While everyone else is dancing and partying and showing off their exposed skin with their bikinis while in the sand, this young, gorgeous girl is just enjoying herself at the juice bar. Intrigued, the dude goes over.
4. Sakura Kiss, by Chieco Kawabe. The artist might be flip-flopped, note of that. Anyway. After a heck load of lots of persuasion and seduction, eventually the girl falls for him, in spite of the fact she's annoyed as heck with him! applause

Isn't that wonderful?

Sigh. Let's do the rambles. I thank Leah, Ave, Pop and Heather for topics, and I guess I should thank Noah too as I'm continuing this one ramble he provided a while back today.

The New Daughter
--------Based off of Wikipedia readings, it appears to be a 2009 horror film about two kids and their divorced father moving into a house adjacent to a burial mound which seems to haunt the world, like hiding a shotgun in a piano and some humanoid creature hanging out on the roof. Kevin Costner's in it—OOH he was also acknowledged in that BP video! *starts rambling off topic*

--------Ohai. `^^ You see, Misa is a character from the manga turned anime Death Note, and she annoys the living heck out of me. Just listen to her. And Misa is a freaking blonde ditz, something I just cannot tolerate at all. I mean, I can sort of tolerate blonde idiots, but not blonde stupid girls or blonde ditzes. No no no. Unless, of course, they aren't obnoxious or annoying, but that voice of Misa's puts the icing on her charcoal cake. >.> (Yes, I still have Mr. Mom on the mind.)

What did I do today? Wellll, I stayed up until around 5:30 in the morning. and was woken up at 11. D: Then I crawled into the hot sun and layed there for an hour, tanning. Razz

Then, walked the 6 mile journey from our house to the pier and back. Got my nails done. (They're so purple/pink/glittery. :3) and then went out to eat for some crabbb. Delicious!
And did I mention I got to drive everywhere!? I love my new permit! Yushhh!
