I read your guys' comments on my last blog, and noticed you guys would either prefer I wrote them earlier or you don't care. I would have started that today, and I might, but allow me to explain why I delayed writing my blog till now with these reasons which occurred in chronological order.

FIRST. When I woke up this morning, I got no inspiration for a playlist. D: So I'm working on that right now, starting with this awesome song that just randomly got stuck in my head when I was thinking of Enrique Iglesias. Which doesn't make sense, because this song isn't even by him, it's the only hit really ever made by Nick Lachey, if you want to call it a hit.

SECOND. You might remember for a few blogs—or a couple blogs back, one or both of the two—I'd been complaining that I didn't get enough silence in my life and that I wanted more of it over the summer. My rants were apparently listened to, and in response, the world threw more Hades my way. My sister decides to scream for a snack, and then she wants a day off on August sixteenth (the day she goes back to school (I go back the day after), and then she wanted J-L (no K), and X-Z (no Y), and B-D, and five-seven (no six), and then my dad got sick of it and bellowed "GO TO YOUR ROOM!!!", which only lead to both of them screaming at each other and my sister running and screaming in fear up to her room, only to return shrieking even louder thirty seconds later, and my grandma shrieking at both of them, while I'm stuck over here in my little corner, which happens to be in the middle of the whole thing. The very moment I heard my sister scream the fifth time, I knew she had crossed the line, so I found myself sucking on my thumb. When my dad shouted, I just put "All We Know" by Paramore on full blast (which was actually fitting) on my headphones let go of the mouse and curled into a little ball on my chair while I let the song deafen me—or at least I wish it had. And I played it again, louder. All the time looking stupid in my tight little ball on my chair, trying to drown out the screams of the painful "home" around me. Nobody even noticed. ._.

THIRD. After ten minutes of becoming the invisible goth/emo ball, I uncurled myself and briskly walked out onto my deck. (Nobody noticed that either.) I ran down to the bottom step and sat there for a while, and then I noticed one of my dogs looking down at me from the top step. So I ran back up there and sat by her. When she went inside, and I went back down, and then she came back out and I went back up, then she went inside and I went back down, and then she came back out and I stayed down. After a minute she progressed to coming by me again, and then skadoodled around for a while with the red mulch, and then when I ran up after seeing a wasp she ran up and hung out with my other puppy and I for a while. We were pretty cozy until the puppies started fighting, and once or twice they both tried to bite me so I was upset with that. Finally both went inside and I went back to the top step. Eventually I saw a wasp by my shoulder and ran back inside.

FOURTH. My sister was screaming again, so I ran downstairs to get away from it all. Three hours of Band Hero is lots of fun. I got to play guitar, bass and sing all on expert and not die at all. Pretty nifty. I wonder if I still have my record as best Wii Band Hero singer for Black Horse & The Cherry Tree, as well as Audience Of One, maybe American Pie, one of the Taylor Swift songs, a couple others...

FIFTH. Somewhere in the third's course of events I got two tiny little splinters in the bottom of my foot. Splendid. My dad tried getting out with tweezers, and he got one but not the other. Then my grandma got out a needle. Considering I haven't had a vaccine in a decade (and I'll be required to get one sometime this month, unless my mom forgets like she forgets the dentist (*crosses fingers and prays*), I am not comfortable with needles. Not at all. None of us knew she'd gotten out at the time, but she did, and after three more minutes she let me go with a bandage.

SIXTH. I'm kind of required to play with my sister at least a little each day, so I got to go do that. If there was one way to get bored, that was the way to do it.

SEVENTH. After dinner (which is reason number 6.5) my mom tried picking at my foot for the splinter we didn't know she'd already gotten out. Five more minutes of pain and we realized the truth. So now I have another bandage on my foot, as I'd gotten rid of the other one already.

EIGHTH. I need to go take a shower right now. I smell like a bloody rat, which is not a good smell. o_O Pardon me as I go do that. ... Ah, now I'm clean! ^^

NINTH. None. It's just that nine is an awesome number, so I needed to say NINTH. Okay, I've had my fill. Oh, wait, actually, there is a ninth, my dog is whining at me to give him loves. *sigh* And I just got back from clipping my toenails. So there's TEN!

Now, I'm bored with all these excuses as to not blogging yet, so let's actually get to blogging. And we shall start with the Playlist! ... Which I've yet to create ... Okay, I think I have it now. Let's see where this goes. *is improvising*

1. What's Left of Me, by Nick Lachey. The song pretty much speaks for itself. There's this guy, and he's totally broken down from a past love and is dying even deeper from this new one, and this is him devoting himself to the girl he loves, maybe a proposal even.
2. With You, by Jessica Simpson. I was just thinking about how she's Nick's ~~husband~~ wife, or once was (are they still together?), and then I stumbled across this song and gasped: was this the one from the ancient Kidz Bop 6 CD hiding in my room? It surely was, and it fit, so I thought I'd sneak it in. This is basically her acceptance.
3. You Look Good in My Shirt, by Keith Urban. I was thinking about how in the previous lyrics Jessica says she ain't got nothing but a T shirt on, and then I got this song stuck in my head. So I'm thinking this would be him thinking from partial listening, "Hey, that's my shirt!" xD Never mind. Playlist is being buttish and it turns out every single one of his songs are labeled as Urban Keith, and when I search Urban Keith I get zero results, and I don't feel like searching all the results I get when I search Urban. xP
3. Sweet Thing, by Keith Urban. I did find this one though. Just the guy expressing that he's totally amazed and elated and all that good juicy good stuff. Not a whole lot.
4. A Whole New World, covered by Nick Lachey & Jessica Simpson. This was playlist storyline heaven right here. I found both the artists of the first two songs in a duet of another romantic song! You can say it's just kind of them finalizing and knowing for fact at this point that it's love. x3 I dunno, IT WAS HEAVEN OKAY?

I now have thirty five minutes to write both Twigwood and the Scatterbrain Special before I go off to watch Late Night Liars and Whose Line Is It Anyway? Maybe I'll sneak the laptop while WLIIA is on and everybody else has left. Then I can write and watch at the same time. x3 But for now...

Buffy Anne Summers
Buffy is a strong Slayer with deepened strength, endurance, agility, intuition, speed, healing and clairvoyance. It's also said that she's outgoing, but otherwise Wiki isn't providing a lot of information. I'm solely basing this off of the clairvoyance and intuition points when I say I would appoint Cassie/Wormy as Buffy. ;D

Alexander LaVelle Harris
He's humorous and grounded, and that's all I've got. Oh, and he's not supernatural. Hummity hum hum. Ain't this hard. Actually, no, this isn't hard, because the very first person I thought of when mentally summarizing the character was Noah. So guess who gets to be Xander?

Willow Rosenberg
She was once nerdy and socially isolated like Buffy was, but progressed to be assertive, sensual and Wiccan as the series progressed. Gah, I want to raise my hand for the role because I'm nerdy and somewhat assertive and I want to be Wiccan but I can't because I'm not Wiccan (yet). >.> I call dibs on this role if Mo, the person I'm choosing, retires!

Rupert Giles
He's a Watcher... Um, I'm not sure exactly how to explain, but if Buffy were Larryboy, then Giles would be Archibald. Does that help? No? Go look up the similar relations then, I've got nothing. I think Ave is someone who often gives this kind of advice around, so I'll nominate her for Giles. And no, Ave, I'm not calling you old.

Cordelia Chase
An archetypal popular, shallow, mean-spirited girl. I don't know anybody here who fits that role! D: When that kind of thing happens, I drag Curly Joe out and command him to take the role because I refuse to give it to anyone else.

Liam/Angelus/Angel
(OMG DAVID BOREANAZ.) So Angel is this once murderous vampire who was given a soul and became good, but then was bad again due to a broken curse, and then he was good again? I dunno, something like that, hard to explain. I do know that sometimes Hyro is trying to steal someone's soul, other times he's giving a compliment, and then he's stealing souls again, et cetera. So Hyro gets to be Angel. (Haha, how ironic!)

Daniel Osbourne
Nicknamed Oz, this guy is a really smart though unmotivated student that can play the guitar part-time and is a rock star. ~~MY HUSBAND~~ Don't judge by the cover, Cyn, even though you were blown away by the picture you saw of him with a guitar. Anyway, I know Gri's good with instruments, so maybe him? (And no, I'm not implying anything. Razz

)

William "the Bloody"/Spike
Major villain, sarcastic comedian, selfless hero, he does them all. For some reason the name that comes to mind when I read about this guy is Mia. Congratulations, Mia, you're a bloody vampire that ends up sacrificing themselves for the greater good in the end.

Anya Christina Emanuella Jenkens
She's a demon that was turned into a human by force and has to learn through comic and poignant means how to be ordinary once more. You know, I haven't the slightest idea, but I guess since I've gone from my demonic self to a sadistic Ikigami, maybe I should take the role?

Riley Finn
He's a soldier who seems really smart and hunts down demons. I'm running out of hunting people. >.< Um, I know Leah likes to kill people on Godfinger, something I need to get back to, so, um, maybe she could be Riley?

Dawn Summers
She's supposed to be something that protects Bully, except in human form instead of the key she was originally made as. That's pretty much all that Wiki will give me. So, somebody who is a good protector... I have to admit, Forrey did an amazing job at protecting her Near for a good long while, so I make Forrey Dawn.

That took fifteen minutes longer than I'd hoped. Now, let's hurry and get to...

Eclipse the Movie
I haven't even seen New Moon yet, I'm not going to go see Eclipse. It might be a problem that I have no intentions to watch New Moon though, considering Twilight was so terrible. I wouldn't go to either for a seven dollar ticket and thirty dollars spent on snacks. >.> It isn't worth the money. And after hearing David Slade committed Hollywood's #1 Sin (in my book anyway), I most certainly am not giving that nitwit any of my money.

Rick and Adam
OMG IT'S RICK AND ADAM! applause

They're the two main characters that Shadow and I have played so far in our PRP Looking Fate in the Eye. *glances at the abandoned thread* See, they met at Dairy Queen, and when Adam suddenly said that he knew how Rick would die (even though I don't know myself), things took a series of chaotic events and little lies made by our good friend Adam—who, might I add, is based off of Adam Lambert. Adam's pretty typical and works at QuikTrip (*giggle snorts at immature joke she has with RL friends*) while Rick has all these crazy theories that he'll either be abducted by aliens, killed by the Grim Reaper, eaten by ghosts and probably some other crazy thing that I can't imagine. Right now they've run into my paranoid character Pippa and are dealing with her in ways I can't wait to see unfold. (Oh, and Adam's eating a Blizzard all the while!)

Well, this is based off of Smirf's blog, but I heard that David Slade (the director of Eclipse) created scenes for the movie that didn't exist in the book. I remember commenting on her blog saying that if Hollywood had sins, that would be at the top of the list. Soooo yeah.
Ha, better than Twilight doesn't really say a whole lot. xP But okay, good to have that in mind.

She was yelling at me an telling me not to squirm and scream, which only made me get more violent in both actions. xP And then there was the time she tried to get the lead out of the palm of my hand with a needle...eyugghhh. *shudders* Never, ever accidentally stab yourself in the hand with an old fashion led pencil, dude. Ohh, and, I'm sorry for having taken so long to reply to LFITE. XD I haven't forgotten, I've just been preoccupied. I'll try and work on a reply tonight, though I've been having a lot of writerly things on my plate, so I apologize if I don't really get around to that . . . ^^;

1. Oh my gosh. Yes. Why can't they? D: I have to go through this torture every stinking year. Or even better, they can just sneak into our house in the middle of the night and do it while we're asleep.
3. Really, I'm okay with some of their songs. Razz

But Much Better isn't one of them. Hmmph, I think shuffle hates me.

I like that acronym. LFITE. It kind of looks like Life, sort of, but it sounds like your husband got into a fight. xD And it's okay.

1. The only problem with doing it in the middle of the night is if we feel it, we jerk up and scream and then it goes deeper into our skin than necessary. >.> Otherwise I like it. Gah, now my arms hurt! D:

Haha, yes, I really like it too. :3 I've really been calling it that for a while, though, I guess I never called it that to anyone's face but my own, though. XDD
