Would anyone join this plot?

I had an idea inspired by a post and zoids. How would a futuristic canine/feline roleplay sound? It's future japan VS future england. Basically machines have taken over so much, and war has progressed enough, to destroy most of the earth. Or at least, leave it in ruins. The fight is over New York, England and Japan are the only ones left. Very few people survived, about a thousand in each Tribe, as their now called. Japan has found that if they manipulate molecules enough, they can change the very structure of a creature. They knew that by war the animals would die, so they saved every dog they find. In doing so, they replaced their lungs with machines that can breath in the polluted air. On their back, they placed metal wings. When folded out, then place a force field around each blade that make up the wing. The dogs can glide with them, but their too heavy to fly. There's a spot in the middle of the wings that has the power of a sonic boom. This weapon can blast creatures back, and blow out windows. England learned of this, and they saved every cat they could find. They decided that cats, do to their different structure, could hold something different. They sharpened their claws to pierce metal, replaced their lungs, then added blades to their side. These blades can slide out and in of their sides. These cats are bigger than normal cats and stronger as well. The battle for new york has just begun. If their missing any limbs/body parts, it's replaced by metal. The cats are more of mountain lions, their as big as the dogs.

Oh, I see the light now. Well, I shall not put it as Elite then. I think it's better not to anyway, I don't want to push people who just aren't inspired sometimes. And I don't get inspiration a lot either, so just as long as it's not like three words, it's fine. I won't say it's simi elite or elite, it's just whatever writing level you wish. Some people may have long posts, others may have shorter. *Shrug* It doesn't bother me as long as there's roleplay.

Epic Ratty, no problem. It's just about the plot, I don't want to restrict it to just a few roleplayers. It should be for everyone, How high should the ratings be? I'm thinking romance and stuff is fine, just time skips for birthing and stuff like that, that doesn't need to be detailed. Violence will be pretty bad too, it is a fighting roleplay.

Would the RP be split between the humans and the animals, or would it just be dog vs. cat and the humans don't really come into play?

I kind of want it just to be Canine VS Feline, but what do you think? I want to know which would be more interesting? I think they could ware necklaces with like a tracking device and a mic. So maybe if you wanted humans to involved in their life but not the focus, they could talk to them on the necklace. Then in the form you would just put who the animal's "Handler" is or something. What do you think?

Cool!! Umm, it's sort of a random thought. I saw people liking future canine roleplays, and I came up with this. It's kind of like zoids too.
