I think that every body needs a different amount of food. Not eating is, well, not healthy, but eating too much isn't either.

I agree with you 100%. I was trying to say something along those lines, but it wasn't coming out the way I wanted it to.

That's good. I eat extremely healthily (like no refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, nothing. Not even non-whole wheat flour or bread,) and that's what matters. Of course, if I ate way too much or way to little, even if it was healthy, that would be bad.

Yeah! I said that I was always hungry, but that didn't mean that I always ate. I try to eat healthy, but I tend to stray! LOL I walk three miles a day though. Just to keep myself from gaining any weight from my...straying off the path! LOL

Lol, I just realized that I like healthy stuff better than junk food. xD I can't eat a lot of junk food, especially the sugary stuff, cus I'll feel sick for some reason. But I can eat fruit forever.

Yep, I like fruit. I just had a smoothie. When school starts, I'll have a smoothie every week day again
I'm way too much of a health freak. I won't eat anything with sugar in it. Which makes choosing any kind of food - even bread - a nightmare.

It's an amazing natural sweetener. It's really sweet (10x as sweet as sugar) and doesn't damage your teeth, has no sugar in it, and is really good and tasty

Well, you can get it as a liquid supplement or as a powder at health food stores I think they sell it at whole foods and stuff like that. Sorry I can't be of much help there...

Because then it get's super sweet I guess some people like that though. For example, if it says a cup of sugar, you want to put a tenth of a cup in, because it's 10 times as strong and otherwise you'll get something which tastes very sweet
