Aneseria sighed lightly. The tears kept running freely, but with her paw, she wiped them away and tried to shake away the sadness. She rose to her paws, and made her way over to Match. She layed down beside him. Although still with tears, she managed to say; "It feels somewhat good to be able to express these feelings," she murmured lightly, trying to force a slight smile onto her face, although quite difficult at the moment.

"Well, it wouldn't do yourself any good to just keep your inner self locked up for years and years, now would it? Egos aren't all they're cracked up to be," he answered softly, looking over at her then resting his head on his paws. "If you're worried about others thinking you're weak for shedding tears, just ignore them. I know that won't be hard. Besides, I'll tear them to shreds if they do."

I saw 2 new dogs I walked over to them one male one female they looked like loners. "Hello." I said pawing the sand with my paw, a little nervose.

Annalise jumped at the sudden voice, not having heard or seen the other dog approaching. Her fur bristled. "Who're you?!"

"Easy, Lisey," the male and elder of the two whispered to her.

He flinched at her closeness, but didn't dare move. Match knew better than to wake a fea, especially Aneseria! The brute chuckled harshly to himself and closed his own eyes.

As a few faint streaks of sunlight broke into the shadows they layed in, Aneseria eventually woke up to it, as well as the sound of birds chirping endlessly. As much as it annoyed her, it helped her realize that she'd apparently slept in. That's when the curiousity struck her. She wonderered if Match was awake, or not. So, she glanced to her side to see.

He was still asleep. Maybe not in a deep, dreamless, the kind where you snore kind of sleep, but at least he wasn't awake. Yesterday's events had taken their toll, and now Match lay resting, enjoying the peace and quiet.

Aneseria smiled slightly, and rolled away from him quietly. She carefully rose to her paws, intending on catching an animal or two. One for her, and one for Match, of course.

She padded off into the brightened areas, near the quiet ocean.

A sudden gust of wind blew against his pelt. The lack of protection and warmth that Aneseria had provided was gone. He woke. It took him a minute to take everything in, then he realized she was gone. Match staggered to his paws, taking in his surroundings calmly before wondering where she had gone off to. Still half a sleep, he spotted her faint paw-prints in the dirt and followed them lazily.

She came to a stop once she reached the very borders of the ocean. The black wolf sat down, and allowed a few breezes to ruffle through her pelt, and clear her mind of all the troubles and questions she had. The water's surface was quite calm, as she could see a few small fish passing by. She decided to take a few moments here, before going off and chasing down an animal or two. She'd much rather the peace and quiet somehow, for the time being.

But that's when she managed to pick up a clanmate's scent. She turned her head over slightly to glance at the direction of the source, before smiling slightly. "Match?" she called, knowing it was him.

Drowsy and still yawning, his head shot up with surprise, too absorbed in her trail to notice that he had actually reached her. "Oh," he blinked once, twice, and then perked up a little. "Well, g'morning." Match barked, looking around. He had never been to this part of the island before -probably because it was in her territory- but he wish he had been. It was so beautiful and calm and peaceful and quiet and...

Aneseria pawed at the water lightly, watching a few small waves go by as she did so. The clear water- it was indeed a beautiful sight. "Good to finally see you up," she murmured in a soft tone, as she bent down to lap up a bit of the water. She was somewhat thirsty, considering she just woke up nothing but a few minutes ago.

"Was I really out that long?" He replied, his voice still hoarse as he settled down next to her on the bank. He bent down and took a few refreshing laps at it as well before straightening.
