I've been playing Guitar Hero 5 a lot lately, and somehow every time I go into Party Play and play expert guitar, simply because I hate choosing songs, I always get certain songs. The first song is the one I get most frequently, but I don't run into it nearly as much as I do Young Funk. But anyway—one time in Party Play I found myself playing Ex-Girlfriend right after All The Pretty Faces, and an idea struck in my head. So I figured, "Heck, make a playlist made entirely of GH5 songs, and mean it this time." (Last time I had GH5 and GHWT... Eh heh.) And it worked. Besides, how can I resist an excuse to use two Killers songs in one playlist?

1. All The Pretty Faces, by The Killers. When I went into Quickplay and tried to sing this song, I laughed and ignored the Vocal Intensity level of about seven bars out of a possible ten. Most Killers songs aren't that hard to sight sing, and based off of what I'd heard when playing it on guitar, how could it be that hard? Let me warn you: never ever underestimate a vocal intensity level unless it's Under Pressure, and really shouldn't ignore that either... But oh well, on to the actual playlist. Really all you have to do is listen and get it: some guy doesn't want to love his girl anymore.
2. Ex-Girlfriend, by No Doubt. Both the "you" and the "her" in song number one happen to be... Gwen Stefani? Well, no, but she's the voice for the other side of the story. Let's see what this Miss Anticipation is going to do once she gives up on her cheating boyfriend. ^^
3. Mr. Brightside, by The Killers. Okay, so maybe this is Downloadable Content for Guitar Hero, but you can still play it on Guitar Hero 5, so don't go thinking this isn't a pure GH5 playlist. -.-; Not that I expect any of you to, as I appear to be the only real Guitar Hero geek here, but oh well, moving on. This makes a lot more sense if you see the music video, I think. Turns out she went off and cheated on him and he can see it all. Bwahaha. And now he's in denial of ever cheating. (Why am I taking joy in that terrible thought?)
4. Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting), by Elton John. Alright, so I'm not the biggest fan of Elton John either—this song is manageable, but a pain in the butt on expert guitar!—but hey, when trying to figure out a fourth song, the title came to mind, and I start getting an evil grin, so I knew I had to put it on here. After Mr. Flowers (singer for Killers) found out what was going on, well, as the title and song suggests, it was fight time! Rawr. Then he went off cheating again after he got the fury out of his system. Eh heh.

Oh, and also, I did not intend this at all to connect to Forrey, other than the fact Mr. Flowers is her husband (to be?). So, um, yeah. ._.

Wow, I've got a lot on my plate these days. Three different writing projects, about five trillion role-plays (public and private), a shop, and these blogs. How has my head coped with all this while refraining from exploding?

Allow me to elaborate first on my digital life, pretty much consisting of the above. I wanted to post a blog before I started, but I'm going to rewrite what I have now of my TwigWriSum novel (ha, some novel, more like a microfiction at the moment) and post it on here, from there on continuing. Why am I rewriting it? Well, I reckon if I'm changing the name of the programming and some of the aftermaths, I might as well edit what the possible things to get accepted in the programming are. Besides, it doesn't feel right to get my main character (pretty much my internet self) in pedophilic situations. O_e

Just to briefly refresh memories, my TwigWriSum novel is about a bunch of people getting abducted by the government so they can conduct mind control experiments on them, most of which working. The terms that are used in the slightly popularized conspiracy theories are Monarch Programming, which is a secret unlawful project of the CIA, and young children must be gender-ually traumatized in order for the experiments to work, and the result of those experiments should be the real self trapped in their mind's la la land which they think is reality while an artificial persona lives in reality. I'm changing those respectively to Painted Lady Initialization (to understand, think butterflies), a secret illegal project of the FBI, and humans twelve years of age and older must be as (mentally) weak as they can be as well as unconscious in order for scientists can get inside their heads and do a bunch of mumbo-jumbo; the MP aftermath remains a possibility while many others remain. I'd explain, but I don't feel like it. Razz

The second writing project of mine is this book I'm writing with Newms. We feel that many young writers—not necessarily you guys, just in general—don't know what really happens most of the time when a teenager becomes pregnant and how immature and dangerous it is. One character is going to be this ignorant little girl that goes out to the prom, gets a boyfriend and becomes Miss Preg-Teen. Another is going to be someone who frequently interacts with Miss Preg-Teen and represents both Newms and I, meaning (s)he thinks what we think, or at least whoever's writing their chapter thinks (we'll be alternating chapters and POVs). A third character, though we won't have this person's POV (or will we?), is the premature child that will end up surviving, except (s)he has autism. We chose autism because it was a major mental ailment that resulted from teenage pregnancies and would hopefully get at readers more, plus I can connect to it easier due to the fact I have a younger autistic sister, as most of you know. So yeah, you guys will probably see that floating about sometime soon.

My third writing project is actually something I know close to nothing about. All I know is Seal PMed a few people including myself to see if we could assist her in writing a manga, and at the end she wanted to incorporate our Fursonas. So... Yeah, I dunno.

Lately I've taken part in a lot of role-plays, but due to the fact I've been really busy in the internet and real world, I haven't gotten a chance to reply to any of them. Dragon Emporium, Wammy's House, Musical Chairs, Dark Intrigue, Running, Looking Fate in The Eye, Sprinkles & Spoons (I wonder if Mordor's replied?), Double Twin Trouble (same question to Leah), Fallen From Grace... I feel like I'm letting everybody down, even if everybody's lately been satisfied to one degree or another with the things I've done that have been holding me back.

And that thing holding me back is my shop. I love love love making templates, and I love love love helping others, and I pretty much thrive off of pleasing others along with attention (hey, I'm a Cancer), but I also have a feeling I'm displeasing others with the above paragraph, and I hate hate hate that feeling. Dx It makes me wish I could do anything and everything at the same time, but every time I try, either I'm interrupted by my love for Whose Line Is It Anyway, a pretty picture on another website, or a favor my grandma or mom asks of me. Sigh. I apologize for all the hold up for those involved with the previous paragraph, I'm doing what I can to get the last template done and this blog so I can go ahead and do those replies. All of them. Oh, yes.

Let's move on to my real world life. Lots and lots and lots of Guitar Hero! Band Hero and all of its pop music started getting on my nerves along with its simplicity, so I decided to return to Guitar Hero 5. I've discovered I can play all but... What, three songs on expert guitar? That made me feel confident enough to slip into the online multi-player mode (I only go in there if I don't think I'll fail more than ten percent of the song choices.) It was lonely in there, though. On Band Hero, I could typically find three partners within two minutes of waiting. I had to press "Continue Matchmaking" to try a second time in order to get anyone at all. I still ended up with three people, all of which also expert guitar, but still. At least I was pleasantly surprised to find another living soul who could play One Big Holiday while staying above eighty nine percent.

Tuesday and Wednesday were filled with blood. Isn't that nice? On Tuesday I was messing with my puppy Tootsie, trying to pry some kind of toy out of her mouth and then throw it somewhere else for her to find, and when I tried to stand up my hip scraped against the corner of the computer desk. When I went into the bathroom to check on it I found it bleeding. Awesome. It took two bandages to cover it up, and it's still bugging me. Maybe I should go change them later.

Wednesday I got my DTaP vaccination. Interesting enough, I was just yapping away about all my worries, and then POKE! and it was over. In my mind I was going "... What the heck." And I got a glittery bandage. Is that area supposed to still hurt when in certain positions as well as slightly swollen? My parents aren't doing anything about it, and it's kind of irritating me. -.- But whatever. If I get the flu for a month because of this, it guarantees the fact that I will never get another shot again unless it's a tetanus (almost spelled it right first time) shot. Ha, I remember when we were waiting for our receipts at this other desk and the lady said, "And she just got shot, right?" I took it the entirely wrong way. XD I didn't express it, but... Yeah.

Cynnie gets to have a birthday -slash- end of summer -slash- pizza party tomorrow. ^^ By the looks of it, only three people will be coming, but hey, it'll still be fun! All we do is mess around in the basement (er... don't take that incorrectly) and eat pizza anyway. The only tough part will be explaining why some of my other "friends" aren't here, those being the ones I didn't invite because I didn't feel the need to put up with the whole thing where there are two factions that don't really interact with each other at all. It wasn't like my parents would have let them come over anyway, as part of the reason why I disconnected from them was because of their immense immaturity and stupidity—no, not idiocy, I mean it when I say stupidity, and I say that in terms of ignorance and academic failure.

Enough with that. Let's move on to this little game here.

The Hills and why it's so fun to watch it and make fun of how hilariously stupid they all are
Well, I haven't tried it myself, but I do hear that the people in The Hills are incredibly stupid. Heck, anything with that blonde chick—Heidi Montag?—in it has to be dumb judging off of her behavior on this one other show she was on. I think it was "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here". But yeah. Why don't you try it, since most of you guys have enough time on your hands whereas I have nearly none?

The Mafia
Mr. Scatterbrain was rather intrigued by your offer, Muffin, so he's trying to find a mafia on Easter Island. So far he's failing, but he's still persevering. Anyway, the mafia is basically just a group of people that renegade from the rest of the world, defying some widely understood, accepted and followed rules and all that jazz, if that makes any sense. Like Mello and Matt did. I think the movie The Italian Job had to do with a mafia, too. Speaking of that...

The Italian Job
You will go to Target and buy this movie on DVD and watch it on your DVD player the moment you get home. Before you do that, you might want to know what it's about. The Italian Job is about this group of men that break into places and stealing the vaults within them, or at least the money and/or gold contained inside. When their leader dies, they recruit his daughter Stella, who—HAHAJK you must now go buy that movie.

Socialist Party of Albania

in Diablo II

I have no idea what I'm doing, but it won the eeny-meeny-miny-moe list thing, so I'm gonna go on Wikipedia now and get to work.

... Well isn't this nice. It's an RPG (Role-Playing Game), so I can't really find any characters, but I can find character classes. That will suffice.

Amazon
The Amazon is a (feminine) class of nature, born to be strong archers. Or at least that's how I interpret it. You know, it's very tempting to just give this to Amazon because of the name, but I won't; Jen isn't really the fighting type. So really I'm looking for somebody that reminds me of Anna from Narnia. Hummity hum hum. I don't know if anybody here is an archer, but I know B is very athletic and is part of the environmentalist club. So I'll have her represent the Amazon.

Necromancer
The Necromancer is a very sadistic, versatile class, masterminds in injuring and killing others. Hands down, this goes to Hyro. He is the Grim Reaper, after all, and the Necromancer class is supposed to be one represented by a masculine figure, so Wikipedia suggests.

Barbarian
Ha, at first I thought this said Baradian. XD Er... *coughs while leaving Dragon Emporium fantasy* Anyway. So the Barbarian is a masculine class that's also sadistic, and likes to use their force on one thing at a time. Everything in this little section is making me feel that Noah is worthy of being the representative for the Barbarian. Eh heh.

Sorceress
The Sorceress is a feminine class, its representative strong yet difficult to find. So who's somebody on the site that's rare to come across these days? Well, considering the time zones that most of us are in, it can be difficult to come across Arianna, who lives anywhere between ten and seven hours away in terms of time zones (for me it's eight hours). She's a strong girl, too, when it comes to her speech, and I'm sure the same applies physically. So Arianna is now a Sorceress!

Paladin
The Paladin is a rather heavenly figure who fights for the Light side of things. He's also a rather enthusiastic character. Considering the Paladin is also a masculine class, I need to figure out who would be a good zealous guy to act as him. If I can refrain from using Noah again, I will, simply because he probably wouldn't like double duty. Ooh, ooh, do any of you know Elmo, who came over from WI (he's jjrrss from there)? He seems like he'd be a good person to play as the Paladin.
Wow. Elmo is representing the Heavens. Think about the creepiness of that for a second—like, not the Twig member, but the actual character. o.o Okie dokie then.

These next two are from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. I felt like I needed more than just five people on this list.

Assassin
The Assassin is, well, an assassin, a feminine one at that, and she has control over various mental, dragon and shadow abilities. For those last three reasons alone, I knew instantly that Muffin would just have to be the best representative for the Assassin (come on, shadow abilities!), and she'd enjoy it with all the dragon abilities since her favorite animal is a dragon. The mental powers are just part of the excellent package deal.

Druid
While no gender is specified for the Druid, it bases its magic off of nature like the Amazon, and has many others working under him (or her?). While I can't give any promises about the nature part, I do know that as Shinigami Queen this person has many Shinigami working beneath her (Forrey, Seal, YoshiLove...). So Tsu would probably be a good person to represent the Druid.

Thanks to Tsu for pointing out that I needed to add some more characters. The following are villainous beings. ^^

Andariel
She's described as a spider girl, and one of the first beings you'll come across. Hm, spiders. Let's see, when I think spider girl, I think... Ugh, I dunno. Eeny meeny miny—oh, hi Seal! Would you like to be Andariel? Yes? No? Cool, you're Andariel.

Duriel
He's described as a crab dude, and the second person you'll come by. Crab? Really? Could this get harder? I guess I'll select somebody at random again. Eeny meeny miny—ooh, look, it's Gri! How would you like to be some awesome evil boss dude?

Mephisto
This guy is supposed to be a "prime evil", but I can't really figure out what that means (stupid Wikipedia) other than the fact that Prime Evils are supposed to be like the Gods of evil. Mephisto's pretty much the only thing that stands between Player and Diablo. I don't know if this sounds weird to anyone, but due to what I have in mind, I think Crystal Aura would be a good Mephisto.

Diablo
He is the main, greatest villain in the entire game series, the ultimate God of evil. Hey Tsu, do you think you could figure out how to want to rule all with evil and still attempt to defeat yourself? 'Cause I'm thinking no one would be a better Diablo than yourself—after all, like I said earlier, you are the Shinigami Queen.

Baal
There are three Prime Evils, and he's the one you only get to see if you expand your game play. Really all I'm looking for is another really demonic person that's friends with Diablo. I'm down between two people, and in the end I think the deciding factor is the demon part. I think WCL would be the best Baal in this situation.

*cracks up* But seriously, that's fun, as long as you have a cold concrete basement and maybe a couple 'lectric guitars, a drum set and a video games console.... Yes, basements are epic for hanging out (or messing around xD), at least when littered with the proper hardware.

Lol, that was the randomest moment of my day, considering I barely know the company. But I'm surprised, cus I was expecting it just to be for PCs, but it's not! :O I'll have to look into getting that once I've got my own computer, then. (Because if I don't get my own computer first, I'll never have time to play it. o.e I seriously am saving up for the computer in question as we speak, though, so don't think I'm trying to make excuses or anything.)

My dad's played the first, though. But that was probably before I was born. He liked it, so that's why he bought the second. But I looked at the back of the cover for the first and.. wow. Bad graphics. xD
