Headphones VS Earbuds

Well. Up until the last...I dunno...when did the first earbuds come out? Five years ago maybe? IDK.
But up until then, people listened to music through headsets that fit around their ears.
Now they listen to it mainly through little buds that fit INSIDE your ear.

Which do you prefer?

I'm neautral.
Cause I love my skullcandy earbuds that fit to my ear, but I also love my "DJ Headphones" as they are dubbed by alot of people today, that I can wear around my neck and turn the volume up all the way and its like listening to it without the head/earphones.

I'm on team headphones, because earbuds annoy me. They just stick in your ears and get all gross and annoying and fall out. Headphones, on the other hand, are so much better. Skullcandy headphones, on the other hand, are gorgeous and comfortable and 40 dollars, just so you know. xD

I'd much rather wear headphones, but alas, I have none. The pair I had with my CD player were lovely, but I lost those long ago when I upgraded to an iPod. Now I'm stuck with the pair of earbuds you get with one. >.<
My right ear gets stuffy and painful a lot, and sticking earbuds in hurts. At least I have the spongy-cushy cover things which is a bit more comfortable.
Also no one sees that I'm wearing them. Maybe if I had a pair of headphones, people would notice and, I dunno, let me listen to my music?

I used to have these really nice headphones, but then I lost them. So now I have blue earbuds which I keep in my DS case. They're not that comfortable, but at least they're portable.

So, really headphones. But I hardly listen to music via either of them anyway - 'Santa' got me really nice laptop speakers for Christmas. xD

Headphones. Period. I hatehatehate earbuds. xP They refuse to stay in my ears, for one. Plus they get all gross and earwaxy, and... ugh.

I used to like headphones, but then I got my first iPod in 5th grade, and converted to earphones. I like earphones because they're smaller and can wrap around iPod's easier, and are more ideal for packing/traveling. As long as they're not the Apple ones, the ones that come with iPods. Personally, I find the $10 ones from Target work better and longer.

Anna - Yeah, and I find earbuds better for sleeping in bed with...IDK why. But yeah, I've gone through three pairs of Apple earbuds. I lost one pair, then two like, fell apart. Next time I'm at my dad's I should take pictures.

Earbuds, because they're easier to carry around and you can share.

Headphones, they don't break easily

I like earbuds because more than one person can listen. Although, headphones are probably more sanitary.

I like earbuds better. Granted, headphones don't get so gross, but what's so bad about earwax when it really comes down to it? At least we're not sticking these earbuds up our noses.

The thing I prefer about earbuds is that, while they can be harder to keep on, they're portable and shareable. If you have headphones, you can't let a friend wear it at the same time, nor can you easily fit them into your purse - in general. If they have resizable bands, or are really small, that's another thing . . . but all the same, earbuds will always be smaller and easy to share.

I say earbuds, though I have seen these cool headphones I want to get. (I only want them cuz they say they're like soundproof so they block out everything but your music )

Headphones, two reasons: 1. I hate the little buds that stick in your ear because for some reason they never stay for me! 2. I only use the apple earphones, and since I have like 20 pairs that's all I use.

But, beats by Dr. Dre, the headphones,are sooooo cool! Like I really want the studio one!

Head Phones they're so ultra Modern to me for some reason and I always cling to the old ways plus they're comyf and dont fall out of your ears like earbuds which I hate

I don't like those earbuds the really long ones you stick way deep in your ear. Totally gross.
I've had good luck with Gumy earphones, they're quite colorful but they do get kinda gunky x3
I want some big white headphones, so I can feel cool. Yes, I want some. I think I'll buy some. xD
