I dug through my drawstring sack again, and found another possession of mine; my deck of cards. Generally, this wouldn't be anything unusual. Except for the fact that this deck was modified, each one a precision-guided boomerang with sharp edges that brought a new meaning to the word "papercut." The most innocent-looking weapon in the world.
Though I didn't intend on hurting anyone now, it was handy in a pinch. I started setting myself up a game of solitaire. I could feel my grip on my sanity slipping; I needed something simple, logical, mundane.

Michelle looked uninterested as she swallowed the last bit of her strange hot-dog. She looked up to Madison with the most disinterested expression on the planet. "Don't get cocky, kid." She flashed the pair of knuckle-blades that gripped her fingers while yawning. "And Justin Beiber hit puberty. He didn't annoy me before and he doesn't annoy me now."

Snorting, Maddy turned around. As she walked away, she 'slipped', kicking up dirt at Michelle. "Oops." she snickered, and sat back down next to her stuffs. iPod, 'The Hunger Games' book she was reading for the millionth time ever, laptop for those stupid websites that didnt work on her tiny iPod, chips, and a sleeping bag. Typing in her super long password on her iPod, she started listening to 'Pick U Up' while playing Fruit Ninja.

I lifted my head off my pillow drowsily. "What?" I felt something wet on my face, and looked down at the pillow. There was a huge wet spot on it. I touched my face and realized what it was. Drool. "Eww!" I grabbed part of the person next to me's sleeping bag and wiped it off. "Gross..." I looked around and saw some new people at the sleepover. "Oh, um...hi." I grinned, and continued to rub my face. I flipped the pillow over to the dry side, too.

"Don't mock the ninja," Izzy murmured to herself before yawning. She was in no way tired. Insomnia and energy drinks? There was no such thing as sleep here! She purposely fell back onto her sleeping bag, digging around in her pillowcase for that pack of oreos. She ripped it open, and took three, pulling them apart and calmly licking out the icing before eating the cookie part. The classic way to eat them.

I looked at the people around me, seeing a few new faces and a few old ones. I was bored so I went over to ttylcool and sat down next to her. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I took out one of her earbuds and put it into my ear. "Thank you for the lovely music."

In a reflex from many years of defending herself, (offense happened but of course Maddy was her friend so it wasn't needed) Michelle took a towel laying on the ground and whipped the dirt away by swinging it in a circular motion. (Helpful, but the many years of torment weren't exactly worth the skills she had gained) "Be careful, you might fall." She sighed cockily, eating a plain hotdog, no bun, no condiments. She watched conich borrow an earbud of Maddy's and raised her eyebrows slightly. /Only advanced people like myself can do that sort of reflex thing. Taking the thing Maddy prizes more than anything is truly digging your own grave, in the norm. Or, if she's feeling good on that day, she might give you just some permanent phsyical and mental scars./ She thought, having had enough time in WI to learn the mild from the feisty. She casually threw another math book in the fire before going back inside, intending on going back and hanging out quietly with Izzy. Her personality was truly hard to learn. "If anyone needs me... wel'p, I'm guessing no one really needs anyone to disappear tonight, as this is a sleepover, so... nevermind."

Nova was confused once again, but she watched the people listen to Ipods and seeming to fight, or something of that sort. She shrugged as she finished watching D gray-man. She stood on her feet, her lion tail flicked back and forth. "Where did Shadow go?" She asked, not seeing her, though she probably just had bad eye sight.

Shadow suddenly popped up behind Nova. "I dunno! I don't see her either!"

"Yo! Shadow! Want my marshmellows?"

I looked up, satisfied with my wiping of the face. "Hi, Shadow!" I grinned, and held up a cookie. "Want one?" I held it in front of her face. "It's Grandma-made. And nommy." I snapped a piece off and ate it. "Nommy..."

"MARSHMALLOWS. COOKIES." Shadow's eyes widened, and suddenly she'd collapsed on the floor. "Suuuuuuugar," she moaned, her eyes blank.

"Yeah, I wonder where she i-" Nova cut off as she turned around to see Shadow. "Very funny, wait are you really not here?"

B handed the bag to Shadow. "There ya go!"

"Sugar?" I brought out one of the 10-pound bags of sugar I'd brought. "SHUUU-GARR." I said in a zombi-fied voice, opening the bag. I took a hand ful of sugar and stuck it in my mouth, immediately becoming hyper.

There was a nomnomnoming noise, and soon the whole bag of marshmallows was gone. Shadow forced herself up and started to stagger towards Nova. "I . . . am . . . hungry," she growled.

"Your welcome!"

Suddenly Shadow tackled B. "I WANT MORE!"

Nova screamed seeing Shadow come toward her. "Wait Shadow!!! Lets talk this, I'm too chewy!!!!" She said, running toward the wall. She hit the wall then fell backwards. "Ewwww, sugar!!!!"

"GAH!! I'm still hurting! Get offa me...." B muffled. "I don't have anymore......that was my last and only bag."

"Then I'll eat YOU!" she growled.

B pulled out her sword randomly. "I'll stab you.....maybe......not today! Go bug Nova for your favorite Ice Cream."

"Wait, I don't want to be bugged!" Nova protested, holding her head up and trying to stand. Her lion tail flicked back and forth, then got to her feet.

"Hey, great idea! Nova, do you have any ice cream?" Shadow asked, ignoring her protest against being bugged.
