An account for them? Eh, just create an account, but make sure the year of birth is the same as for your character, and set the avatar and sig as their picture. -nod-

Well, it's not letting me make an acount for Jessabelle Wolfe. It says that you can only have up to 18 characters. So i counted and her name is on 16. I tried doing it a few times, but it's still not working. :/

It's fine, it's fine. XD To add a space and capitalization to the name, go to "Profile" and click "Modify". The mods will take care of the colors.

You should. I've seen that on sites before when I was 8 and 9. I put my real birthday and it still let me sign up.

Schmartt! I tried that on either MySpace or Facebook, don't remember which, and it said "Sorry, we do not allow users over 100 years old." :o

On TWIG it doesn't allow users over 1,000 years old. My great-grandmother wasn't allowed to join Facebook! D: There's got to be something against resisting people because they're 'too old!' D:
