(I'll write what Maikeru is dreaming about while the surgery is going on. I'll have him wake up at the end. I don't know how much to put on them? Maybe 2 years. Does that sound good?)

(She can join in when I make Maikeru wake up.)

Maikeru was waiting for them to come and get him. The nurse came in and said, "They're ready for you." I looked at her and said, "You'll let Ashke know what my...condition is...after the surgery? Won't you?" She smiled and started to tear. "I will." She walked me down to surgery, and then they layed me on the table. They asked me to count backwards from ten. I started to count, "10, 9..." I was out. I was in the darkness again. I looked and seen Ashke. She came running over to me. We embraced and just stood there. She told me, "I love you," and I replied, "I love you." We looked at each other, and she said, "You can't die on me." I wiped the tears from her eyes and said, "I won't. I love you too much to let that happen." She grabbed the back of my head, and started to pull me into a kiss. I leaned forward...and woke up. It was bright in this room. Too bright. I tried to look around, but I couldn't see anything. I said, "Where am I?"

Ashke was alright now, she was able to stand, and made her way to where Maikeru was. "Hey.." she whispered softly to him.

My eyes started to focus now. I looked at Ashke, and said softly, "Hey. You're looking better. How do you feel?"

"That's good to know." I laughed, then stopped. It didn't hurt. It felt extremely sore, but it didn't hurt. "I guess I'm doing pretty good. I didn't feel it that time, when I laughed." I started laughing again. "How long did you have to wait for me to get out of surgery?"

"I agree." I pulled my bowl over to myself and started eating. I looked Ligia and asked, "Why did you REALLY want to meet me this morning? I know you said that you wanted to hang out, but there is something odd about that. What was the real reason?" I stared at her, waiting for a reply.
