Oh my. 4 more days until school starts. Oh no. I don't wanna go to school again.
But then again, there are sadder things. So let's get on to my blog. ('Scuse the slight note of miserableness, I'm just sort of sad because poor Shadow and her family might have to turn off their internet )
Well, today I woke up and used the computer, and then I used it some more. I drew an amazing comic - but the catch is I only drew one piece of it. It took me like an hour or two on my wacom tablet, though, and it's pretty good. I'll post the whole comic when I'm done with it...
I had pasta for lunch, and then at 4 I went to my friends house. So yeah, that was fun. She had her niece there and my little sister came too and we played Mario Kart on the Wii, and then this one card game and then mastermind. Oh, that reminds me. I need to buy that game
So yeah, and then I came back on the computer. And got really sad for Shadow. Which is basically the mood I'm in right now. So yeah. I don't pray, 'cause I'm an athiest, but if you pray, please pray for her.
Wow, that felt weird saying that. xD. You know, 'cause I don't pray. xD
So yeah. Entertainment. Uhmm... Well, let's skip that, and go on to the picture at the end. I'm gonna show you a picture that I drew earlier:D

what is that i have heard of tablets an i don't know what they are

Well, they're a kind of piece of plastic. xD. But they use a pen with a kind of magnetic sensitivity so you can draw on the screen.

oh si how did you put in on the computer ?

Well, when you draw on the tablet, it goes through the usb cable on the computer and you see it on the screen

And Brook, I got the tablet from a store here, I just searched for it online. It's called the Wacom Bamboo Fun, if you want to look for it on amazon.

yeah do you know how much they cost ?

Um, well mine was around 80 euros, so 120 dollars, but it came with 2 programs
You can get cheaper ones for around $50.

Hmm, well they have a lot of levels of sensitivity for the pressure, and they aren't cheap to make
My original one, an Aiptek, was only around 30 euros though

Yep, that's what happens, and it all happens in real time. It's really easy to get used to, and it's great fun too!

That's not so bad . . . but still, that's like a lot more money than I wanna spend. xD Lawl.

Oh well. With GIMP you can still do pretty much anything, even without a tablet
