The Sown Shadow - Bringing you yesterday's news today!

Gri and I recorded What It’s Like to Be Alone yesterday. Woot! 
I was a little pitchy on some of the notes for the bridge, and of course my guitar playing isn’t the best, but I think it sounds pretty good. (He wanted to put drums in though, lol. xP I’ll get used to them, but I liked the way it sounded with just guitar.)
I’m thinking I’ll upload it to Fileden so I can put it on Project Playlist so I can show it to you guys! And one of my friends commented that my voice sounded better than usual (not that it sucked before, she also said) in it. Probably cus I wasn’t playing anything at the same time, like I usually am, so I could concentrate better on my voice. So I think that might be better than me posting the vid of my singing after all, cus it’d be easier. Of course, I might wanna post the vid anyway, since I know some of you (like Ari and Mia) can’t get to the Project Playlist stuff. 
I’m reaaaaaly tired as I write this. Cus I stayed up till one in the morning the day before, and only slept for seven hours. I should go to sleep. Which I probably will soon . . .
See, my computer’s normally on this shelf in my room. Then there’s this nice, low chair in front of it that I usually sit in, and a normal chair that I use to put the keyboard on. But instead, I put the computer on the chair, pulled it across the room next to my couch, and laid across it with the keyboard on my lap. I might use this setup during November, since it’s really comfy. ^_^ Although, it’s kinda annoying to have to always be turning my head.

So, I was really really relieved when I could finally access Twig again. And I spent pretty much the whole day on the computer. The end! And happy guitar amp day.

Thanks! We used GarageBand (it comes with the newer Macs) for it, and our Logitech USB microphone. The microphone is AWESOME; it's got great sound quality, and doesn't pick up any background noise either! And then you just gotta put everything together the right way, choose the import setting, and send it to your iTunes library.
(It's not actually on the store, though, in case it sounded like that. xD Just on our cpu.)
Anyway, there's kinda a delay of me posting it, cus I promised God I'd ask my mom, and she wants to talk to my dad about it. xD
