Bree stayed in her hut for days, not coming out.

I dicided to go see Bree. I found her in her hut. "It's okay, you know. Maddy's fine."

"We all mess up. I killed my own brother when I was a newborn." I got really sad after bringing that up, but I wanted to make Bree feel better.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"We all killed somoene in the past, even though we didn't mean to."

"Not that. I feel everything that my victim feels. It hurts." She sighed. "And Jason hasn't." She added after an afterthought.

"Maddy's unconicis right now, her neck probably hurts, but I don't know. Cna you still tell?"

"I remeber whne I felt like that." I said remembering how Tyler had stole me away from the store when the evil vampire tried to attack me, and he changed me.

I came back from my hunting trip-I was so ready to get the taste of human blood out of my mouth-and came back to town, my eyes completely golden now. I walked inside and saw Bree and Sam talking. "Hey you guys. What did I miss?"

"Nothing much." I mumbled.
