I padded inside. "HEY THOMAS I HAVE A FRIEND OVER SO YOU BETTER STAY AWAY FROM HER OR I'LL RIP YOUR THROAT OUT!!" I screamed. I was answered by a bark, and I saw Thomas pad up the stairs. I led my guest over to the food.

My only movement was my nodding head going up and down. Memories from my past flooded my mind. I flintched at a certain one from when I was a kitten.

I led her over to the food. "Well, there you have it." It was a gourmet of kitty favorites-fish, turkey, and other stuff.

All of my bad memories went away as I saw the food. The aroma of it entered my nostrils, making my stomache growl at me angrily.

I finished and nodded. "I haven't eaten in a week; since my owner left. She gave me one of those automatic food dispencer thingies, but some stray dogs got in my house and ate it all."

"Oh, cool. His coat is long and black. His left eye is green, the right blue. And there's also a scar over the right one, so don't stare at it. He gets mad when another cat or dog does."
