He grinned twistedly. "Are you in total and completely irrevocable love with me?" His eyebrows waggled at this point as he released the obnoxious boy within.

"Why are you so interested as to whether I like you or not?! It's not as if you'd ever like me back. If I ever did say yes you'd just ignore me like you did before" She flounced off a few feet before sitting down so that she faced away from him.

"Ah, so you do!" He said, chuckling. "Just curious. It would explain why you're so mean to me, first of all."

She sighed, as the ground beneath her feet melted into nothing, and a new world formed out of the dark. In front of him was a wooden plaque that said 4B.

On the outside world, Mea gazed at Tysons almost empty body, which was handcuffed to a tetherball post. She turned her attention back to the ground where she added the last few symbols in her spell before activating it.
The first ring of symbols removed the last of Tyson's conciousness and planted it in her mind, her being the catalyst for this spell. The second ring repeated the last and dictated that the body in the soon to be fire would not die, merely shed the old skin for anew. The last repeated both lines and added that the skin should be that of a cat's. She had left the description ambigous enough that Tyson should keep his powers after the skin shedding was completed.
With that, she lit the flames.

With that, a third party policeman throwaway character came out of the bushes. "Hands up, young lady!" He cried, fear evident in his voice and the violently shaking gun in his violently shaking hands.

"You point a gun at a white witch?" She said, laughing and quite tired of playing games with this policeman. Her eyes went silver and she let some of her liquid silver aura out in a glowing globe that shone in her hand.

"The boy, despite the obvious flaming body is just fine. He simply going through a metamorphosis meant to humble. I've turned people into cats multiple times, so I know what I'm doing. Now, unless you want to join those multiple other people (Tyson included) I suggest you get you bothersome police self out of my way."

The flames died, leaving behind a largish cat with wet dark brown fur. As the spell was complete, Tyson's consciousness was returned to his new cat body-But not before the voice implanted a set of memories in his subconscious.

"Right, um..." Tyson managed to speak in American. "Who knows where the nearest litter box is, 'cause I kinda have to... go..."

The terrified police turned his gun on Tyson. "Wherever you go, don't go on my new Italian shoes!" He commanded.

Mea smiled. The targets where sufficiently distracted.
Sighing, the voice in his head replied
"There is a sand box over to the left if you really need too. Oh, and please stop speaking English, your scaring the mortals. I can understand Cat perfectly well if you need to ask something."

"I'll have to put the collar on then...." She mumbled, to herself mainly, but Ty could probably here it with his super cat hearing. Remembering this (it had been awhile since she had turned someone into a cat) the invisible force clamped him down as Mea took out the collar.
The thing (which would awaken the cat instincts that where latent in the body, and force him to speak the language) seemed solid but after she unfastened the pink thing it evaporated into strange symbols. She wound the glowing string of words around his neck, and said the word of binding. The thing turned back into a collar, which was now a fashionable dark red with a new copper plate that said 'Tyson' and gave out info so that if lost he could be returned.

Tyson spoke now, in fluent "cat", "Great, now I'll never be able to get lost."

Giving the police officer a glance, she teleported him to the nearest cafe.She was fairly annoyed with him.

"You..," Mea paused to pick him up "Come with me." Using the last reserves of her energy, she teleported them both to her room, where he was promptly dropped to the ground.
"I'll get your bed and stuff in a sec..."

"What, am I exiled never to return?" He asked, licking a paw in the same noncaring fashion.

"Uhh..." She said rummaging through her drawers and retrieving something large and silk.
"Not really. The spell lasts only until I decide to terminate it. And unless your really, really annoying it probably won't be forever." By the time she'd said this she was already in the bathroom with the door closed (and locked, just in case.)
A few minutes later, the girl decided to show herself, in a kimono style bathrobe (apparently her pajamas) patterned with images of red flowers, black butterflies and white moths.
"There! Now, the litter box is behind the door and your bed is..." Reaching under the bed Mea retrieved a smallish cat bed. "Here. Happy enough?"

"And second. You can read minds, idiot. Check that I'm lying to you if you really want."

"You could be using diversive thoughts to prevent me from seeing your true intent." He insisted. "After all you've put me through, do you think I can trust you?"

"Hrm. True dat." She said, with a slight grin. "I trust people much more easily than you, simply because I'm part of an empath and can read them to see deception. I thought that you, a fellow psychic would see things that way too, but I guess I expected to much. Also, I feel touched that you consider clever enough to lie to you with my mind, 'cause trust me I have no idea what I'm doing here."
She paused.
"How's about this...I promise that when I say three praises in your name, the three bonds that hold you to your cat form will snap and return you to your true form, and from that point I am bound to help you. This I swear on human energy that surrounds us all. There. Nothing enth dimension like me can take that back. Not without having their brain forcibly torn apart and fed to the ents. As a snack. And here's The Book to prove it."
She tossed the book to him, and promptly curled up underneath her covers.
"Now please let me sleeep..."

Mea smiled and closed her eyes, taking only about twenty minutes to begin mumbling to herself.
"Nooo...You can't start the train without me...Stop being idiotic Chris! Look, I'm on the train so shaddup...Ne, ne Onii-chan."
This went on until two in the morning when Mea woke up, looked at the clock and spent what seemed like a small eternity trying to get to sleep only to wake up at four. Finally she turned on the light and began reading 'The Restaurant at the end of the universe'. Completely forgetting about Tyson, of course.
