I’m sick at heart. . . .

So now I lost my bearing of love, and went astray
Into the midst of the ocean, and drifting away

It feels like magicians who harnessed dark powers decorated my life,
Interposing miserable details every time I felt like something could go right

And no remedy will come -- not in a day, an hour, a month, or a minute. . . .
The hurt now was the happiness I felt then
Pain is only valuable once you know that you've learned from it
But I didn't even survive, so I will never learn, or be happy once again

Not when my pain weighs tons, and everyone else's weighs ounces
Life is not fair, who would have known?
Not those who thought that life was just a chance to grow a soul

But, at least now I know that everyone else will one day see. . . .
What makes life so sweet is that it will never come again. . . .

And I won't lie;
I'm sick at heart, and sick of life. . . .
