The Weekly Debate is Feeling Patriotic

I know this is kind of late, and I'm super sorry.

Anyway, the question is:

Would the country be different if we had a woman president?

I think that it wouldn't. The only difference between boys and girls is the outside apperance, but the male president make decisions that woman presidents would, and mistakes that they both would. Nobody's perfect. Different gender, but we're all people!

Yep, I think so, because I think that women are less likely to start wars. Just saying. But truthfully, it really depends on who the president is. I think it would be nice to have a woman as a president, and I actually think that sometimes, under pressure, us girls tend to talk things out rather than... um... use tanks and guns. Just my opinion =)

I guess I agree with that. But there are some tough, fighting girls out there.

Yep, you have a point, Pugs. There are also men who wouldn't start wars as much, but (and I'm generalizing here) women tend to be more peaceful.

I think there definitely would be a difference. Girls are proven to have minds different than guys', so that obviously means there's gonna be things that happen differently. xD

I think it might make a difference but not because it was a woman running for president but because everyone is different. We can't just assume that all woman would run the Country the same way.

At the same time I think it would be good for us to have a woman as president because she might bring a different perspective to the white house
