Jes wandered the woods, at night, trying to find something to hunt, whether it be human or animal. Suddenly he caught onto a scent, and followed it.

I roamed around the woods,careful to stay away from the moon light. I was hungry, craving some blood. The humans weren't out on the streets tonight,and besides,I was craving some deer blood,or perhaps a brainless human camper. I paused,and ran my finger across the not-sharp part of my fang as I scented for something to satisfy my hunger. I suddenly scented something.Hunter's instinct took over,and I began to tip-toe through the woods,going towards my prey.

Jes figured out it was a human. He wondered why someone would be on the sidewalk. It was a middle aged woman. 'Oh well...' the thought ran through his mind as he attacked her, drinking her blood, and then leaving her body. It was a careless move on his part, but he didn't quite care.

I approached a young adult, perhaps about twenty. He was clearly a camper, lost from his group.I launched out at him. Before he could react, my fangs pierced his skin. I sucked out his blood,grinning at the slightly earthy, tangy taste his blood had. I left the body there,for his friend to find later.My hunger was subdued..for now.Soon,I'd have to find more.

Jes looked around, trying to see anyone else around. He saw nobody. Good. he thougt, Nobody saw...
He went on with walking, face shadowed out by the hood of his sweater. He often wore them, to hide his pale skin. People had accused him of being a freak... He didn't mind, but didn't care for it much, either.
As he was walking through the dark eerie part of the woods, he could've sworn he heard footsteps. "maybe more prey..." he thought.

I straightened my purely decorative white glasses,and then stuck my pale hands into my bright blue jacket.I gasped,hearing footsteps come towards my part of the woods. Perhaps more to eat.I thought, widely grinning,my fangs shimmering eerily in the moonlight.

Jes kept wandering, cautiously. The only good part about being a vampire to him, is that they were charming mystifying creatures. Other than that, they were blood thirsty monsters. He didn't mind it though.
Wandering, he smelled an odd scent. A person... but not a real person...

I inhaled the scent. It...wasn't a human,definetly. It smalled like human,though.I sniffed my own wrist,curious if it was me. The smell out there..it might be vampire.I thought,grinning.

Jes smelled the air, and then his hoodie. "Smells sorta like me... Odd..." he thought.
His mind rushed with multiple thoughts, until he saw a shadowy figure in the distace.

(I love looking at my watched topics, and seeing the name Neon Muffins. I just love the name in general... LOL) (OMG, I made up a name on accident today... I was randomly thinking and blurted out "NEOMUFF!" and everyone just kinda stopped and stared...)

I stopped, dead in my tracks.In the distance,there was a figure.Human like, oddly. THe scent got stronger,becoming un ignorable.

(I was just being weird.. I was really down, and depressed... But, now, because my brother called, I'm happy again.) (Are they the type of loser Twilight vamps that read minds??? Well, our vampires aren't losers... But, yeah, you get it... I only like Alice, and on accident, I talked like her at one point today... It was weird.)


Jes sniffed the air, making it unnoticable. THen he climbed up a tree, faster than any human would. "She smells of a vampire..." he thought to himself.

I heard a rustling of leaves in the trees.I cautiously, yet viciously called "Who's there?"

(LOL, ok, just getting that clear.)


"Tell me, and I'll tell you." he snapped, in a harsh, yet mysterious voice.

In a voice full of pride,yet hatred,I slightly snarled "I am Noelle Isadora Reid, also known as your worst nightmare."I put emphasis on the word nightmare purposely, hoping he'd just go away. I left out the part about being a vampire,even though I was pretty sure he was one...he smelled of one.I was a bit creeped out,truthfully.

Jes chuckled. "And I'm Jes. Rank not associated." he said, slyly. (if that's not a word, it is now...)
He stayed up in the tree, keeping the fact that he was a vampire to himself at the moment.

Jes smirked. "Let's just say... Wandering..." he said, cautiously. "And you?"

I raised my eyebrows,careful to choose my word choice smartly "You could say I'm exploring the part of the woods most...humans are too afraid to venture into.Maybe I'm brave. Maybe I'm foolish. But,at least I don't hide in trees,not showing myself to the world." I said this oh-so-casually,as if we were just co-workers discussing a meaningless topic.I then put my hand on my hip,looking up at the tree the noise was coming from,waiting to see what 'Jes' had to say about that.

"Right. Because... humans... explore the darkest part of the woods at night. Like me... Or you... I see." he jumped down, a soft thud coming from under his feet as he landed.
