How should I use my iTunes money?
iTunes Card
Happy little me also received an iTunes Gift Card worth twenty-five dollars on her birthday.
I have to wonder, though. Now that I have the improved Rhapsody app on my iTouch, I can now download music off of Rhapsody into an offline playback playlist. In other words, I can get free music off of Rhapsody and the app doesn't cost a thing; as long as my dad keeps paying ten bucks a month for it, I get it.
On the other hand, I can't transfer this music to my other iPod (Nano), which I use much more often during the school year for bus rides and other things. Having said that, it might be a good idea to download music off of iTunes just so I can have it absolutely everywhere and I get to keep it no matter what my dad pays Best Buy to keep our Rhapsody subscription.
Now that you've heard my situation, I have a question. Should I just use my $25.91 on apps while depending on Rhapsody for my music, use it on music so I can guarantee to be able to listen to it wherever I go without worrying about possibly losing it, or should I split the money up between the two forms of entertainment? (Another note: I never use my money on movies, TV or podcasts.)
So... Vote away! All help is appreciated. (:

Re: iTunes Card
I think you should use it on both. That way, you can have a little bit of everything on your iPod(s).

Re: iTunes Card
I would use it on both. Do the songs first - like, if you have some huge favorites that aren't on your iPod yet, get those - and then after that get the apps.
Re: iTunes Card
I said 'On Both' because you'll have things for both of your iThings. XD Also, I'm not much for apps, but I have a few.
There's also a lot of free apps, that I have, and they work very well!
I also chose 'OMG AN EMU.'
Just 'cause. XD

Re: iTunes Card
Thanks everybody!
@Muffin: You see, that sounds genius, except my favorites change biweekly. xD And I pretty much have all of my mega-faves, being the ones that never get old.
@Rai: iThings. Nice. XD I agree, free apps are splendiferous, but there are some things that are awesome that you have to pay for. Now, I haven't discovered those things yet, but I'm sure there's something.
Yay emus! ^^
@Forrey: KILLERS. :O There are some songs by them that I needeth. And Fall Out Boy. And All Time Low. And Panic! at the Disco. And Panic at the Disco (minus exclamation point). And Paramore. And Joe Brooks. And Jack's Mannequin. And Muse. And All-American Rejects. And Enrique Iglesias. And lostprophets. And...
See, this is why that part of Muffin's idea simply can't work. XD
