I always wanted to play an instrument. Preferably guitar, drums, or piano. Maybe violin, too!

I can play piano! And the trumpet. Haha, but I don't really wanna learn anymore now. xD It's annoying, what with band practice and all, so I don't really have the time. I think I'd wanna do drums, to, though, if I had to pick another.

I play slight guitar. And alto sax. And drums, although I don't have any real drums, I use the Rockband ones.

No. Haha, I tried playing guitar for Rockband once, though... That was an epic fail. (Actually, more like I try it every time I'm at my friend's house. The only thing I'm good at are the drums, though. Even then I can barely do it properly on easy. XP)
If I tried, I might be able to play the guitar. But I'd rather just stick to the sax. I can't even play piano, so yeah. XP I'm not sure if I'm even registered for band this year, though. So I might not be playing an instrument ever again...

If you even have a guitar, though, you could always try teaching yourself! I really don't have the time or money either, but I just take a little bit of time every day or two to fiddle around by myself. xD So yah.

I really really want to learn how to play guitar. Luckily for me, my sister left her electric guitar when she moved...Except I have no idea where to start learning, and I think it's broken. Someone said to me that if you learn how to play piano first, everything else will be easier to learn and I've been playing piano since kindergarten so I should have an easier time learning guitar than some people, I hope.

Lol, that's probably true. xD Personally I think piano makes everything easy cus you know how all the musical terms and the notes work. Like I woulda died if I didn't already know that stuff.

First you should tune it, if you know how. You can find a tuner over the internet - literally on the internet. xD I prefer that to using the piano or a normal tuner, just cus it's more fun, and easier.

Nope. We have enough musical instruments: 2 trumpets, a piano, a harmonica (a cheap one that no one plays), two guitars (soon to be three), and now my dad is a singer. We don't need a 4th guitar for me or we'll be like the people in Hannah Montana. xD

I don't know if simply owning a guitar counts. I love to play it, but like.. all the songs I know are by ear and that's only like.. four.. that are extremely short.. XD

I'm gonna learn xylophone, or as my band calls it, 'bells' or something like that, because I'm going into percussion, and they make you do that before you can play drums, so you get a feel of the rythyms. Piano is a necessity, flute is a really special instrument, 'cause she plays it. Guitar is annoying. It's sometimes alright, but really annoying, unless you have crazy flipper fingers, or know all the chords.

What grade are you going into? Because, yes, 6th grade is started out on the bells, the xylophone is made of different material. In 7th grade you spend more time on the snare drum. At least, that's how it is over where I am.

We're a musical family. My mom used to play the piano. All of my sisters and I play piano. My oldest sister used to play the clarinet and currently plays guitar. My second oldest plays percussion, like myself. And my third oldest plays the flute, as well.
