Fang looked around. "I don't see 'em." He said, and added a grunt. "Maybe they ran back to the school like the little wimps they are."

"I think the bleeding stopped..." I muttered, removing my fingers and drying them on a towel nearby. Her forehead felt dry.

"Good." Carefully and slowly, I wrapped my arms around her cold body. Gently, I lifted her to the couch. "Iggy?" Her voice called out. "I'm right here." I replied, thinking she was still in her unconcious state. "I know that. I can see." She laughed.

Fang nodded and walked over to Miaka. He wrapped his arm around her, watching Amanda and Iggy.

I laughed at Iggy's expression. "I couldn't tell!" He joked, but I could see the sadness behind his eyes. "It's okay." I wrapped my arms around him.

Miaka nestled closer to Fang, as one- he was warmer than her, and she was freezing, and two- she liked it.
Fang smiled- lightly, at Amanda and Iggy. "Now that the Erasers are gone... and we've had something called 'breakfast', what now?" He said.

"Well, I'm going to read." I smiled and jogged upstairs. Pulling Thirteenth Child out of my bag, I grinned, then walked downstairs.

Miaka blinked a few times. "I wonder if I left the stove on back at the cabin..." She said, tilting her head to the side slightly, lost in thought. "What are you reading Amanda?" She asked.

"Thirteenth Child." I smiled and lounged on the couch. "It's really interesting. Do you want me to read it out loud?" I smiled.

Miaka was quietly snoozing against Fang shoulder. She'd just fell asleep 30 minutes ago.
Fang blinked a few times. "Good story." He said finally.

Miaka listened still, pictures forming in her head of all that had happened.
While Fang, who had gotten quite bored, was fast asleep on Miaka's lap. He felt her pat his head slightly, and Amanda still reading, but not much.

I yawned and slid my bookmark into the book. I slipped out of the room and upstairs, and fell asleep.

Miaka blinked few times, and yawned. Her eye lids felt heavy, and her felt herself doze off.
Fang shifted and felt Miaka fall ontop of his lightly. He sat up, moving Miaka over so she was sleeping on his lap. He stroked her hair softly, while she snored really... really... quiet.
