She coughed harshly, putting her elbow over her mouth. I wrapped an arm around her, pulling her closer to me.

(Me thinks Kara should get asthma for a weird reason. Most of my other charries on RPs have it.)

I pulled Amanda slightly closer, burying her face in my shoulder and attempting to keep her away from the coughing child.

The coughing stopped, but it was still haqrd to breathe. I started crying because I didn't know what happened and it was scary.

The nauseous feeling went away as I tensed as well, and Amanda let out a snarl.

"Amanda..." She nodded. "Kara, we need to talk alone. Stay here, do you understand me?" Without waiting for an answer, we snapped our wings out and flew.
