I gave one of them a roundhouse kick right in the chest, but he punched me in the stomach, knocking the wind out of me. I shrieked maniacally, attacking as many as I could get to, but they were getting me faster, and I was slowly tiring.

One of the punched me, hard, in the gut. I gasped and kicked his shin, and he snarled. "You don't recognize me?" He asked. And then I did. Ari.... the seven year old. And it all went black.
