I turned the corner into the next corrider. Once I was around the corner, I leaned up against the wall. Should I go back and apologize? I debated what to do, but wasn't sure if I should go back.

She dropped to the ground again, on her knees, holding her arm, crying again.

I slowly slid down the wall. I didn't know what to do. I finally make a friend...and I keep hurting her.

"The pain..." she whispered. "The pain..." she repeated.

I heard her saying, "The pain." I got the most unpleasent guilty feeling in the pit of my stomach. I got up and collected my courage. I took a deep breath, and went back to her.

I just stood there and stared at her. I felt like vomiting. That's how guilty I felt. I bent down and asked, "Do you want me to take you to the hospital wing?"

"I- I'd love that..." she whispered, looking up at him, her eyes filled with tears.

"I'm...I'm so sorry," I told her. I grabbed her shoulder, the good one, and helped her stand. "Put your arm around my shoulder for support."

I wiped away the excess tears. "I'm so sorry," I kissed her cheek. "Will you forgive me?"

I laughed. "Thank you," I said. I stopped and I turned her towards me. "This is my peace treaty," I lunged forward and kissed her furiously.

She moved him away slightly, to end it. "Alright. Now. That's enough." she said with a breif nod.
