The Dragon Emporium [Book 9] [ONE YEAR LATER]

Amber saw Bobby she ran over to him '' Hey '' she said looking at him.

He smiled at her, "Hey," he responded.

'' So '' She said looking at him with a smile. '' What do you want to do '' she asked with a smile looking at him.

Derrick laugh "Hey to you too" He beamed "You won't believe what happened to me yesterday!" He said, nearly bouncing in place.

Bobby noticed the warm feeling her smile caused, but he pushed it aside. "Uhm, I dunno," he said, blinking and shrugging.

I pulled away and smiled brightly down at him. "What?!" I giggled, "Did you see Griff or Leo or something else better?"

"I got a girlfriend! And I got my first kiss!!" He said, beaming. He awaited what happened when he had told them about Ginny so many years ago, but he was hoping she didn't do it as much now.

Amber smiled an then blushed she looked down wipped it off her face then she looked back up at him... '' Want to go to the beach? '' she asked looking at him.

[Sparrow I will rp with you lets do Alison do you have any guys open? ]

I smiled, but felt a pang of jealousy in my heart. I hadn't even had mine yet, and how old was I now? Twenty five? Eesh! I laughed, "That's, great," I said through a breath.

"Sure, if ya wanna," he responded, shoving his hands in his pockets and shrugging a bit.

'' Oh '' She said looking down ... ''Have you ever had a girlfriend? '' she asked looking at him.

Derrick made a face "Yoouu okaay?" He asked, using the tone he had used so much as a child.

I sighed deeply and let him go. "It's not fair," I mumbled, kicking at the ground. "I have no clue where Griff is," I winced, "And I'm lonely and like the only one who isn't married and have a family and I WANT to be married and I WANT a family but like..." I plopped down heavily on the bench again. "Not faaaaairrrr..."

Bobby blushed. He babbled, "Hey, beach, right, you wanna go to the beach, right?" Desperately trying to get off the subject which made him nervous, he nodded his head, "Let's go, right?"

Amber made a dirty look then nodded '' Fine lets go '' she said pulling his hand in the direction of the beach then releasing it. '' Well you need to get a girlfriend so I don't have to do everything with you '' she said with a smile.

Derrick sighed and plopped down next to her, pulling his "big sister" into a hug "Shh..Brix is okay. You'll meet that special guy soon enough.." Sooner then she thought..(xD)

He laughed, "You don't need to do anything with me!" he said, "I do have a best guy friend!" He paused, "Woooow...you're right, I really do need a girlfriend."

"No I won't!" I wailed into his chest before bursting into tears. "I'll turn into a crazy old cat lady!"

'' Uh yeah so lets got to the beach an pick out girls for you it will be fun! '' she said looking at him... '' Oh an I don't mind doing things with you.'' she said with a smile

"Shhh..no you won't Brixy!" he said, hugging her tighter "You ain't gona be a cat lady"

"Am I not special enough for you?" Ben asked in a fake pained voice "I'm hurt Bobby! Really hurt!" And with that, he burst into hysterical.....laugther.

'' Uh who is that Bobby? '' Amber said looking at him.

Bobby laughed and stumbled after her, grinning big now, "Okay, I like the sound of that!" TO the last part, he just smiled. Then he glanced over his shoulder and snorted. "And that is my best friend, Ben, being a drama queen."

Ben's brow creased "Its drama king to you bub!" he laughed, suddenly he was standing beside them. Ben didn't really care if people knew he was a vampire or not, if they didn't like him they didn't like him "You must be Ammberrr" He said, drawing out his words. Yup. Ben had gotten into sugar.
