The Dragon Emporium [Book 9] [ONE YEAR LATER]

''Uh I got into a fight with a girl... ''Tiffeny said knowing her ex boyfriend had hit her but she wasn't to tell him that...

"Oh," he said, surprised a bit. "Why did they do that, did you make her angry?"

''No I hit her to... We got into a huge fight about uh some guy. '' She said making something up as fast as she could.

"Oh, I see..." Sam said, nodding. He racked his mind for something to make conversation with but all her came up with was Cheez-Its.
All of the sudden, he blurted, "So, how would you like to come with me to dinner tonight?" He immediately turned red and stuttered, "I-I mean, you know, if you want to.."

Tiffeny looked at him then down... ''Uh why are you asking me anyway? '' She said she still had a dirty look on her face.

"Well, ya know, I was just wondering....cuz..you're kinda...cool." He immediately reddened.

''Oh kinda? '' She said with a smirk which was like a smile that was the closest thing that was compared to a smile all day.''Uh and you don't have a girlfriend that is hard to belive.'' Coming from her this was a bit of a complitment in the way she had meant it.

"Oh really?" He said, raising an eyebrow , his confident going up a bit.

''Hmm yes anything for a girl to see me with you and get jelous because she wished you could go out to dinner with you.'' Tiffeny said with a smile.

"Well, if that's the only reason.. forget it. Forget I even asked." Sam stormed away, seriously hurt.

''I was joking '' Tiffeny stood up running after him'' That was suppose to be a compliment! '' she yelled.

[She was flirting lol.]

[Yeah but it sounded kinda mean..lol]
He whirled around, his eyes storming. "It didn't sound like it to me!"

''Well sorry! '' She said looking at him.... '' You came over to me only because I was hot'' she added.'' I would really like to go to dinner with you. ''

[ She likes being mean to other people but not him she was just at first. ]

"Well... maybe," He admitted, then looked into her eyes, "you'd really like to go?"

''Uh yeah sure... '' She said looking at him.

"Alright then." Sam said, pleased. He gave the girl his number and while asking for hers, he realized he didn't know her name. "What's your name?"

''Tiffeny'' she said looking down she took the number programmed it in to her phone she texted the number back.''There you have it. '' she said looking at him.

''So where are we going for dinner? '' she said looking at him with a small smile.

"Oh, well, I didn't really think of that yet," Sam said looking down at his feet and then up at her. "I didn't really think you'd say yes." He admitted.

''Why wouldn't I say yes because if you want me to I can always change that to a no '' She said looking down.

"I was afraid you didn't like me.."

''Well thats why I am going to dinner with you and we will see what happens. ''She said looking at him...
