Whoo, half day! Of school, obviously. XD

NaNo count: 20,410. I'm so happy. Today's universal goal is only 18,333.

No advisory today, since it was a minimum day. But before Mr T got there Ben and Ariel brutally murdered You Belong With Me. *sigh*

They apparently changed the minimum day schedule so that instead of having all the periods shorter, periods 1 and 2 would be normal length and there would be no period 3. Now I wish I was in the other class so I could miss PE. XD

In Math we did area and stuffs.

In Jewish Studies the local rabbi came back and talked some more. Rabbis seem to like talking, don't they?

Recess I read.

Humanities was only one period today, since we missed third period. We got some stuff back (my scores were 61/70 and 129/140; not too bad) and then did extra credit questions for the rest of the period. I really wish someone would choose Greek mythology as a subject, but I'm like the only person who's obsessed with it. XD

In Hebrew we finished the time capsule project. Ooh, and guess what? Since at least three kids are going to be absent on Friday, Mirav moved the party to Tuesday! Whooooooo!

Lunch was normal, although slightly (as in half an hour XP) late. I got the comfy chair again.

Double Science we studied for the test and watched the worst movie ever made. Seriously. It was, like, made for three year olds except with eighth grade info. XP

Then I took the bus home and walked home, but since I didn't go upstairs before getting on my laptop, at like 3:30 my dad thought I still hadn't come home yet and started freaking out. XD

Random thought of the day: NaNo tip: Karaoke machine. Get a big group of characters together, give them a karaoke machine, pick a song for each one, and then copy and paste the lyrics into your document. Voila! A thousand extra words. I made Alex (MC's BFF) force Iaro (the alien) to build a karaoke machine in his spaceship and then force Abi (the MC) to sing. XD I put in four songs (You Belong With Me, Leave Out All the Rest, West Coat Friendship, and I Am the Walrus (man, that song is weird XD)) and that's how I got over 20k. What was really hilarious was Iaro's reaction to I Am the Walrus. Alex and Abi made him sing it, and here's a snippet:

By the end of this, Alex and I were both cracking up, more from watching Iaro’s bewildered expression as he tried to sing along than anything else.
“What the heck?” Iaro demanded. “What does that even mean?”
I shrugged, still laughing uncontrollably. “No idea!”
“Okay, I take back what I said before. Only some music is one of the best human inventions.”

Yeahh... XD

Oh, and next time I'm on I'll probably be in Washington. No, I'm not going back to DC. XD WA state this time. I probably don't have time to go to Forks, though.
