LiFe GoEs On

When we first arrive,
Things are simple.
Easy.
People care for us,
Life is beautifully sweet.
We are relaxed.

As we grow older,
Our brains blossom.
Curiousity.
We start traversing from safety,
To the colorful world around us.
We are excited.

Older still, for time never stops,
Things complicate.
Stress.
We start feeling gray,
Old and fearful.
We are distressed.

For it's not as easy as they say,
Never as easy as they say.
Promises are broken;
Hearts are shattered
And meanded so fast
That the real meaning of Love
Is unknown to us.
Confusion takes over,
And suddenly we are lost...

But we go on.
Things thin out,
Simplicity once more.
We feel better,
Close with our loved ones.
We are wise.

Elder still,
Starting to forget,
Weaken.
We cherish each moment,
Tell the ones we care about
That we love them,
For things are coming to an end,
My friend.

And older still,
Until finally,
Death.
Though death is a somber thing,
For we all believe in different fates of the
Deased,
New life is born in the same last breath.
And when we first arrive,
Things are simple.
Easy.
People care for us,
Life is beautifully sweet.
We are relaxed....
