"How we managed to get here?" I shrugged. "Well..." Fang began. "Dracula's a vampire. Jasper's a vampire, and he read your books. You've read mine, and Percy's." My face lit up. "You're right."

"But how did Amanda and Anita get here?" I asked. "Neither of them have books."

"Hmm... wait!" I smiled. "Anita and I like to write books! If our characters are here..."

I had been browsing in the scifi section. I stepped out of the row I was in, my arms full of books, and was about to go to the self-checkout machine when I noticed Percy, Annabeth, Amanda, Fang, and Jasper on the other side of the room. I made my over to them, managing to not hit any tables on the way, which was pretty cool, because I couldn't really see where I was going over the stack of books. I set them down on the table. "Hey, guys, what's up?"
