Slight Change in the Maturity/Fantasy Rule

As well as having the summary at the top of your story, poem, and roleplay threads, we'd now like you to include a very brief summary in your threads' descriptions as well. 
A few of us have said that they'd appreciate that, since it's easier that way than having to wait to load the whole thread. But it's important to have it in both, so users can still see it when they actually click on the thread!
