The ipod club :] 2nd Generation

Does anyone know if I can email anyone about my iPod? Cuz I'm really getting annoyed. -_- I want the new update, but it failed several times. Last night, I let it go overnight thinking, "Ok, if it needs time, it's got time." and when I came back, it said something like, "Error while preforming backup. Continuing without backup will result in the loss of all contents on this iPod." then asked me if I wanted to continue or cancel. xP So now I'm just running a regular old backup to see if that works.

I know that from iTunes, you can click 'report a problem' on an item, and you'll get an automated email. Later a real person from Apple will email you back, but I don't know how to do that without going through an item. Like Dani said, check the website.

The website says the eails are only for iTunes store problems. xP Does this count as a store problem?

Hm, I guess so. But they're should be an email for other issues, too.

I'm taking my iPod to the Apple store next time I'm in the mall

I hope so!! Or at least just get me the freakin update -_-

Bleh. The Apple store got me my update, but it deleted all my songs and apps so I had to put them back on. And my apps got put in alphabetical order instead of the way I like them so I'm gonna have to manually fit all when it's done syncing
