"Alrighty!Here's a short one-"He said"Neva,being mortal,was white-haired and wrinkled now,and knew that she would die soon.Immortality is one thing the gods cannot grant-Not without them becoming less then they were before.She talked with Orien,to give to their children some of his power,so that he would not have so much to bear when she was gone,and as her final gift to them.
They were called to the throne room,and told of this.He called forth his oldest,Phaetom.To him he gave the sun,and the moon to control.He called Aoife.To her he gave the ability to ride the wind,and choose who died in battle.To Muir,he gave the ability to choose who would be Khan,and train great heros.Mockingbird received a palace of her own,and was taught the mark of the vampire,to choose among the humans.This gave them immortality,at a price.Gamine wanted nothing more then to run with the shay,the Kan,and the dragons.So he gave her the huntresses mark,to choose among the animals,and pick which joined the Wild hunt.Drousch,the most sensible of the children received great wisdom,and knowledge of all the magyks.Finally,the last children received their gifts.Marid was given dominion of the underworld,where all the wicked spirits live,and the ability to decide where the dead went.Moxana-Neva was appointed guardian of all children,and allowed the shape of a young girl always.
And so,Neva died happy,knowing all would be well.Her spirit aids the most virtuous always."

"Well, then, I do beleive you deserve a song." She cleared her throat dramatically, still grinning, then felt herself go light and carefree as she began to sing.

She bowed. "Thank you. And now, my friend, if you want more, I'm afraid you'll have to come see the show." Bri glanced at the sun. "I have only a few more minutes." She bent to pick a small clump of purple flowers, which she tucked behind her ear.

Singing again, a happy song, Bri ran off, slipping her soft leather boots on as she excited the gentleness of the forest and into the harshness of a human's world.

He slipped the dark hood over his head,preparing for his act.He truly enjoyed this.It was much better then back home,which he didn't miss all to much.

Bri carefully picked the leave out of her hair, which she shook loose over her shoulders, but left the flowers. She washed her face qiuckly and warmed up with the other singers, ready for the afternoon show.
