Imperfection in your Reflection:

In the mirror:
A different person you see.
What you see is a tradgedy.

The mirror, the mirror
it tells you lies.
The compliments you recieve
it only defies.

Your too FAT.
Your too SKINNY.
Your OVERWEIGHT.
You believe your stuck in this problematic state.

It murders your self esteem.
Mirror, oh mirror, why are you mean?

The mirror,
its BLINDING
the mirror,
It's BINDING.

It screams what you think you are
It gleams an image, not deep, not far.

Why do we think the mirror is right?
That horrid image you contrew in your sight.

Your skinny.
your gaunt.
Your fat.
your blunt.

The mirror FALLS as you decide for yourself.
the mirror breaks...
You finally realize, through the shattered lies, that your inner self
is great.

All you had seen was

IMPERFECTION
IN YOUR
REFLECTION

Wow, this is really cool. It kinda rhymed without sounding forced or cheesy, which I really like, because I can't rhym at all. xD

Yeah, shadow. The average teen walks up to a mirror now and thinks "Do I look fat in this?" or "Oh, I look sooo skinny. Like a toothpick. That's horrible." The point I was trying to get across was that your inner beauty is what really matters and that you need to accept yourself as you are.
