I changed my mind about Keven. Instead of being murdered during the battle, he was just horribly hurt. He had scars on his chest, arms, and even one or two on his legs. At one point he'd actually managed to break his leg, and had the works--the cast and crutches. He hobbled about, his trusty little mink on his shoulder.

Alissa smiled, "Probably. The little ones who 'awwwh' and Olivia would give us a lecture on 'young love' or something along the lines of that..." She joked lightly, a bit of color coming to her cheeks.
