Jami chuckled softly. "Eh? Yeah, he'd totally tan your hide...Alright, I'll be there in like five minuets. But can you do me a favor? Can you get out of the principal's office? I know the guy and, well...let's just say we're in a first-name basis, that's how many times I've been there before. Plus I skipped today, so...yeah..."

"Sure," Caitleen nodded, flipping her phone closed, and standing up. She walked out of the room, and nodded politely at the lady behind the front desk, walking to the front of the school, head down. She wore dark skinny jeans, black and white Vans, and a long sleeved, black shirt. She rocked back onto her heels a few times, waiting.

Caitleen hopped in, "Thanks," She said quietly, taking her seat, and pulling her knees up to her chest, and resting her head back, "I'm dead." She sighed, her bangs falling back, and showing the nasty bruise that she had. "They didn't even bother to give me ice. They suck." She grumbled, rubbing her eye.

Jami snorted. "Seriously? They do suck, then! Eh, hold on." He twisted in his seat and dug around in the garbage pit that was the back seat. Eventually he turned back around with a paper towel full of ice. "Thank the Lord for the AC keepin' this baby cool." he said with a chuckle, handing it to her. "I have like three or four Mcy D's drink cups back there containing just ice." He pulled out of the parking lot.

Caitleen smiled, "Thanks, bud." She chuckled, gently pressing the ice to her eye, but wincing in the process. She wondered what her mother would say when they got home, and how she would react. She hoped and prayed that she wouldn't have a cow--or even worse, the entire barn.

Jami smiled at her. He drove on in silence for a few moments before asking, "Do you wanna go home? Or do you just wanna go like to, I dunno, a park or something and chill for a bit? I know mom's gonna have like, a million or so cows."

Caitleen thought for a few moments, staring into the direction of their home, and she winced at the thought. "I think we should just go to the park for a few." She replied, nodding slowly.

Jami smiled. "Mkay," he replied, turning and continuing down a the street. A few minuets later, he pulled to a stop in the small parking lot next to the park. He hopped out and walked around, opening her door and waiting for her to get out.

Caitleen smiled, "Thanks," and she hopped out after letting her legs dangle over the side of his car for a few moments, estimating the height. Caitleen was relatively short, about 5 feet, give or take an inch. She looked up at her big brother, and grinned, "Race you to the benches?"

Jami gave his usual Jami-grin up at her. "No prob--and, yeah, but don't you mean beat you to the benches?" With that he took off, barreling at full speed, which was, really fast.

Caitleen laughed, sprinting after him. Even though she was short, she was as fast as a gazelle, her gym coach even suggested trying out for the track team once. She beat him to the benches by at least half a second. "Oi! I wouldn't be surprised if I grew a beard!" She joked, laughing.

Jami plopped down next to her, breathing a little hard. "Okay...that's...just...unfair!" he said with a laugh. "You must be a guy, Cait, either that or an alien to beat me like that!"

"A guy? Pssht." Caitleen chuckled, pulling her knees up to her chest. She ran in dark skinny jeans, which for most girls and boys, is impossible. "An alien..." she trailed off in though, "Yeah, probably." She laughed. "I know Ethan is an alien." She joked about her black-haired friend.

Caitleen laughed as well, "Aw, Jami! Freddy is only a kid, all little kids act like aliens at some point in their lives." She chuckled, glancing at her watch, "I think it's time to face the music. The principal already called them by now."
