That came to him as a shock. He'd never thought of her . . . in . . . a romantic way before. "You're serious?" he asked, wide-eyed. What would he do? She was the alpha . . . could he turn her down? Or even just say he needed time to decide?

Aquila slowly made it into the trees, feeling horrible about himself. He hope he hadn't hurt her feelings. But what would he choose? He'd never ever thought about this before. Consciously, at least.

Wingless stopped, she realized where she was.... in the territory.. of.. Darkened Dreams Forest.
Clawshent chuckled, swiping, and sinking his teeth into her, pinning her down.
Wingless shreeked loudly.

Wingless's shriek echoed around the trees, and it woke Aquila up. "Wingless!" he shouted in alarm, and began racing towards where the sound had come from, his head lowered, and his tail streaming out behind him to keep his balance. His claws thudded the ground restlessly, as he went faster and faster.

Right then, he knew it. He'd been in love with her all along. For how could he feel as if a part of his soul were about to die, just because he was worried about her? It had to be. He did love her. And he would say yes to her - when he rescued her from whatever was going on.

His breath came in gasps now, but he didn't slow down. The most important thing was to make sure Wingless was all right, and so, what was that to a little breathlessness?

Clawshent's eyes shone, almost like as if a fire lit up in his eyes. He bit down hard into her throat, as if trying to kill the other leader. His goal probably was to kill each and every of the Tribe leaders. He slashed at her as he bit down into her throat. "Die..." Clawshent muttere, teeth sinking in deeper.
Wingless' breathing began to fade.. slowly... she could feel some blood drip down her body, and surround her. Her eyes slowly closed, and her tail set down flat, no longer trying to grip his to throw him away. Was she about to... die? "A--Aquila..." she whispered in breaths... possibly her last.

An earsplitting roar ripped from Aquila's maw as he dove at Clawshent, his claws extended, and his fangs bared. He was aiming for the other dragon's neck, of course, but didn't have even a moment to consider what would happen if Clawshent should have the chance to retaliate. He just hoped he would be fast enough.

Clawshent laughed. "Here's a tip, be more silent." he said, chuckling, then moved away.
Wingless felt Aquila's claws sink in, and screeched in pain.
Clawshent attempted to knock Aquila away, and make him bleed.
