(V) Bloodclaw side-stepped out of the way, not wanting to cause a fight, "Woah, easy there..." she snarled jumping back.

Eagleflight still remained on tip-toe, her dark blue eyes blazing with anger.

(V) "Easy there, kitty," mewed Bloodclaw, her amber eyes studying the other cat's face. "This is Vampclan territory, I'm pretty sure I can walk across it if I want to."

Flickertail was glaring at the she-cat, daring her to attack his sister.

Eagleflight's eyes moved to Flickertail, piercing into them. Her eyes told him that she wasn't afraid to try and rip his throat out. "My name is Eagleflight," she spat slowly, still looking at Flickertail however. Blazefeather seemed oblivious to all of this, and reached for a spare part. It rolled away from his grip and rolled in front of Bloodclaw. "will you get that?" he muttered, looking at his pile of dowhats and dothingys.

(V) Bloodclaw picked up the piece in her mouth and gave a direct look to Eagleflight. Quietly she reached her neck over the borderline and set it in front of her.

"Would you give that to your companion?" she asked, her eyes boring into the she-cat.

Flickertail glared at herand exposed his fangs as he hissed as if proving a point to her.

Eagleflight also curled her lips at Flickertail, while passing the piece to Blazefeather, who nodded and put it in its place in the gadget he was making.

"WordKit!? Wordkit you must listen!!"
"My name is not WORDKIT!" Hissed the black cat, slashing at the illusive foxlike figure, "It's Massacure!! I am purely evil! Nothing can differ me now! Not even a shunned half star!!"

(V) "Whatcha making?" Bloodclaw asked curiously, taking a seat on the border's edge. She was careful not to let a single hair slide over the side of the Wereclan border.

"A watch," he replied, taking a metal piece and strapping it on the gadget.

(V) "What's that?" asked the she-cat. Having grown up as a warrior cat away from Twolegs, she never saw these kind of devises.

Even Flickertail was intrigued, "What does it do?"

"A watch tells time. You put it on your wrist...er...foreleg, and you look at it when you want to know the time."

(V) Bloodclaw looked at it curiously, "Can't they gauge by the sky like we do? Who needs more than the sun and moon?" A sort of laugh came from her throat as she shook her head.

"No, they can't. Humans have advanced time systems...there are 24 hours in the day and 60 minutes for each hour, 60 seconds in each minute. That is what the clock runs on."

(V) "That's too much to deal with," Flickertail laughed. "But I guess they need things to keep them busy. They don't hunt their food like we do."

Blazefeather nodded knowingly. "I should know...being part human and all."

(V) "You're part human?" both of the cats asked in unison. Bloodclaw seemed confused and Flickertail seemed intrigued.

"Yes. I am. Don't ask me how, I wouldn't be able to answer you. A cat and a human mating would be genetically impossible!"

(V) Flickertail nodded his head like an apprentice in a lesson on which is a better kill. But somehow he seemed more intersted, "It's sort of intersting though, no? Something as unique as a human and cat. Can you speak their Tongue?"

"Yes, I can. I can also speak it in my cat form. I'd show you, but you'd have no idea what I was saying." Blazefeather told them.

(V) "Probably not," Bloodclaw nodded her head carefully.

Blazefeather looked at Eagleflight. She had calmed down now and was studying the watch.

(V) Flickertail rose to his feet again, "Continue?"

"I dunno... That's kinda cool to watch..."

Blazefeather slipped the watch around his foreleg. "We'd better go. WereClan is probably wondering what's become of us." He nudged Eagleflight gently. She got up and stood beside him. Blazefeather flicked his tail to say goodbye and padded on.

(V) Flickertail flicked his tail (corny, I know) in parting and walked back off with his sister to complete their patrol.

After a few feet, however, Eagleflight let out a startling yowl and collapsed. "Eagleflight! What's wrong?" Blazefeather asked, worried. "I-I don't know," Eagleflight told him. "It just hurts!"
