[new announcement] Rose, Mist, Bramble, Storm, Half, Vamp, and Were

(I feel like using Phantompaw, he's the apprentice... Yeah!)

Eagleflight fixed the kittens with a piercing stare, with unmeasurable anger.

(Alright. I guess I'll start, then. I mean, even if you have a preference towards one of my charries, I only have one anyway... xD)

[B]Gravelheart was padding alongside one Brambleclan border, tasting the air for prey scents. But the peacefulness of mind due to his unaccompanied state was a rather conflicting force to his current task, being an uncommon, and therefore distracting feeling. I hope this lasts... He thought to himself, taking in the rare occasion.

(R) Moonlightkit stared at the queen quietly, "It's not polite to stare at people..." she said in a purely innocent tone.

"Moonlightkit!"

"Well it isn't!"

(LOL! Nice =])

(B) But as it is said, all things must come to an end. From the direction of camp came an apprentice's yelp as he started running, chasing a rabbit loudly across the clearing.

The tom's silver pelt was but a grey blur preceeded by a rabbit's white coat.

Eagleflight curled her lip slightly. "come no closer," she hissed.

(R) Moonlightkit stared up at the queen curiously, "Why?"

Her lips pulled back farther. "Because, I don't want you to!"

(Thx. :) I felt I needed something good for at least the beginning.)

[B] Gravelheart sighed sorrowfully, his moment gone. He followed after the younger cat, though in a quieter manner, to see how the chase would result.

(It was good =])

(B) The cat leapt, meaning to trap the rabbit but instead ended with a mouthful of dirt and grass. He lifted his face from the bramble just in time to watch his quarry bound into its hole.

(R) "Why?"

Bramblekit snickered into his paws, evading Snowstorm's dark look.

Eagleflight just hissed "Take five steps back. You can see the kits just fine."

(R) "But it's our medicine cat's den," the kitten argued.

"I didn't say you couldn't be in here, I just want you to stay away from me!"

(R) "But why?" the kitten whined.

"Moonlightkit! That's enough!" snarled Snowstorm, her temper reaching its peaking point. "She's fine with you in here but if you can't keep your maw closed, I'm sending you out."

Bramblekit and Moonlightkit looked at their feet, "Yes'm."

Eagleflight heard Snowstorm's remark, and she lied her head down, keeping one eye on her kits and one eye on the other two.

(B) Phantompaw cleaned his tongue off and stared up at the warrior. An embarassed look past over his furry features. "Ohh... maybe not..." His gaze with the warrior broke as he stared into the hole.

"Might help..." he said to himself thoughtfully. The tom leapt to his spindly feet and smiled, "I'm Phantompaw, who are you?"

(R) Moonlightkit peered behind Snowstorm at the kittens, "They're cute..." she purred.

Eagleflight flicked her tail. "Thank you."

(I have to log off for dinner... But I might be back after.)

[color=grey][B] "Er..." He stammered, trying to get his bearings, in which was included his name. "...Gravelheart... Yes, that was it." He flushed a little, embarrassed that he'd forgotten such a seemingly significant fact. "I'm Gravelheart... And nice to meet you?" He said cautiously, unsure of his 'footing' in the conversation at hand.

(B) Phantompaw tilted his head to the side. Curiousity glittered in his dark eyes, "Well it either is or isn't, right?" He paused for a second then nodded, "Either I'm a pesky nuisance you don't want around or a young impressionable mind that you don't mind. Right?"

The tom shrugged his shoulders and then looked back at him, "You're from Brambleclan, correct?"
