"Uh-huh," I said boredly. I was pale, and didn't have any freckles, so I couldn't say something stupid like 'it's a quarter past freckle'.
"Dinner must start soon," I looked over at Jake, and threw another rock. "Do you think we should get back?"

I sighed; he shrugged a lot. Which meant 'don't know, don't care'.

I brushed of my jeans, where gravel had been and nodded, walking up towards the castle. I walked in and the halls were completely empty. Guess everyone gets hungry, fast.

[Sorry D: I’ve been grounded from the computer. Worse punishment ever.]

I slid into the bench, next to him, starting to eat my weight in ham.
After I was done, believe in or not-ham is very filling, I scanned the crowd of faces. Recently, no one outside the Werewolf Club had been speaking to me. Odd.

I sat there, boredly tapping my fingers against the wooden table. Then I felt a pair of eyes on me and swiveled my head to the source. The fair-weather friend of mine looked from me to Jake as if to say 'traitor'. I stuck my tongue out at her. Miss Maturity I am not.

I sighed, looking away and dished myself a piece of pie. Hogwarts has the best pie. Seriously. Slowly but surely, I ate like three slices of pie . . . and was stuffed.
