My name is griffin john harrison and I probably don't like you.
- He could still hear the voices.
In fact, he could replay the whole scene in his head over and over again if he wanted to. It wasn't even that hard to imagine he was still there; his hands were still bound together and the chain was tightening around his neck just like it was when the guard had pulled him towards the head of the town council. Even now, with his back up against the cold, hard cell wall, it felt like when they had pushed him to his knees in front of the council, when he had fallen hard against the marble flooring of the palace. The fear he felt at the moment was similar to what he felt when they forced him to plead guilty and then sentenced him to death.
And now, locked in the small cell with no one around except for the obviously insane man inside the cell across from his, he couldn't help but regret never cherishing the moments when he actually could breath fresh air. With less than four hours left in his life, he wished he had never done what he did. He knew he hadn't done anything wrong, but to the government, what he had done was considered a crime that was certainly worth punishing with death. He had tried running away; if he had made it, he would be free right now. He would be living outside the town gates and he wouldn't have to worry about pleasing the government every second of life. Too bad that would never happen now.
They would be off with his head before he knew it.

DAUGHTRY AND ALL AMERICAN REJECTS AND MUSE AND ALL TIME LOW AND ALICE FTW. x3
As you can see, I really enjoy your lyrics.
Also, I really like your color schemes and how everything seems to pull together. And on your first one--for some reason I like the simplicity of the barriers between the lyrics and the post, or something...? IDK but I like it. xD

I try to choose lyrics that connect with the character, but I end up just choosing ones that are from my favorite bands. xD

xD Usually I find lyrics that fit my character, from lyrics of my fave bands. Based off of the first few posts I tend to read out of PRPs it seems like the ones for Matt and Erika suit? [Except on Matt's I've read more than just a few...]

I know you have no intention in using it, but I like how I can almost figure out what she's going through just from the details. (There's stuff everywhere, she's totally confused, and she wishes for someone dear to her to be there with her to make things alright, or at least help make sense out of things... an Alice in Wonderland kind of thing...)
