What's a db? o.0
Lawl, yeah, you're right though. xP With the whole religion thing you told me about, I definitely think I should just stick with Jamie.

Aw... You'll see him soon.
Guys... I wanted to redo Penny because she looks too old.
Do you think I should keep her the way she is, or...
Should I switch her with this one
Or this one?
And this is the new Bane! XP

There we go.
Sorry I don't have anything new up. But I'll have more tonight... I just have to clean my room and stuff first. I've been procrastinating with everything. XP

Re: Beyond Reflections (In Writing)
I'm just so darn distracted. XP I'll be like, "Ooh, let's do some more of my story!"
"Wait, no. I better clean my room!"
"Naw... I wanna listen to music..."
Then I'll be right back where I started again. -.- When I'm done downloading this instant messenger, I might do some more.

Haha, oh my gosh. I thought I'd be able to type and talk to my friend at the same time, but he's so strange. He keeps on distracting me by talking about rotting Canadians in the basement. :/

Re: Beyond Reflections (In Writing)
Haha sorry Shadz. I'm not trying to steal him or anything! I was just kidding around.
Urgh! I'm really annoyed about my own crush though. I liked two guys and now I'm happy to find out I don't like one 'cuz it was kinda akward 'cuz no one thought I liked him but everyone always teased us and stuff when we hugged or like hung out alone 'cuz they thought he liked me! xD And plus he's a close friend of mine too and really fun to hang out with. Except he threw seaweed and sand in my hair today. xP But then I got him back!
But now I realized I still like another guy that I thought I had gotten over during the summer again. Urgh. Stupid Ferret! I don't want to like you! xD Sometime's I think he could like me but I don't know. 'Cuz sometimes it seems like it, like he'll come up to only me and pull me away from my friends and start talking but sometimes he'll just be like "hey," hug, and walk away! And he'll text me a lot and we'll have a converstaion when he starts it but he never replies to mine although apperently he doesn't reply to anyones. Haha. I'm probably just being wierd since I haven't seen him in like 3 months but whatevs.

Re: Beyond Reflections (In Writing)
Guys, I'm almost done the end of Chapter 11. I know, I'm a terrible person for taking so long...
I don't like where this chapter is going, though. It sounds really dirty even though it isn't dirty at ALL! The most there is is like... Well, you'll see. XP Nothing suggestive though. Nothing suggestive at ALL in fact. For some reason, certain words just sound bad to me... I just COULD have taken this chapter to a whole nother level, but I didn't... Aha, never mind. Next chapter will be worse, and I'll freak out over nothing even more.

Thanks! The next chappie will be better. I think I'll work on it now, after my blog.
Haha, yeah. I just have a dirty mind, so that's why it's hard to write things because always know that they could play out so much worse. XP

Re: Beyond Reflections (In Writing)
This is short, but I just had to post it. It's the first part of this chappie.
Maturity: Oh gosh... Where do I begin? Detailed kissing, it could be slightly suggestive (depending on how your mind works) and yeah... XP I wasn't too detailed, though. I couldn't be as detailed as I wanted to be without going overboard... Haha.
Fantasy: Voiicceeess.
Chapter 12 - We Finally Meet
The cool breeze that flowed off the water chilled them slightly as the man led her to the beach. Penny struggled in her heels, feeling grains of sand give way beneath her. Seeing her have troubles, Bane swept her up into his arms gently and began to carry her for the rest of the way.
She closed her eyes, soaking up the dying beams of sun that bounced off the lake. She rested her head against his shoulder contently as he held her. Bane tenderly set her down beneath the shade of a willow tree. The leaves of silver rustled in the wind, casting dancing shadows that fell before them. Penny watched the rippling leaves for a moment before she slid back, propping herself against the bark of the tree. He slid beside her, wrapping his arm around her and pulling her close.
“How was this for a first date?” Bane asked her, biting his lip.
“It was… Great,” she answered him honestly, a little breathless.
“It wasn’t too fast?” He wondered, continuing after Penny shook her head, “It’s just that… Well, we know each other quite well already, so I wasn’t sure what we could do to get to know each other better. Except…”
His eyes flicked to her lips, then back up again.
“Except for this,” he finished, leaning in towards her. She closed up the remaining space between the two of them and their lips locked. With her heart fluttering, Penny wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning into the kiss. Once she couldn’t breathe, they separated and Bane moved his lips down her throat. She pulled him down beside her and they stayed intertwined with each other, showering one another with kisses.
After a long while, the already cool air turned freezing because of the night wind; it was their time to go home. After rising to their feet, Bane unbuttoned his shirt. He wrapped it around Penny to keep her warm as they made their way to his vehicle, their footprints sinking behind them in the damp sand. He was now in a plain white muscle shirt that he had underneath. He wrapped his toned arms around Penny, nuzzling her hair. “Now I’m cold,” he complained teasingly, “Will you warm me up?”
She snorted, trying to shoo him away. Instead, he grinned mischievously and pounced on her back, clinging on tight. Penny tried to carry him for a moment before she buckled under his weight. She collapsed to her side, gasping as the cold water shot through her, pulling her down so that her face just barely poked through the liquid to get fresh air. She hadn’t noticed that they were walking so close to the shore. Laughing hysterically, Bane toppled on top of her, his legs on either side of her, pinning her down.
Her hair was soaked and the strands of burgundy clung to her face. Her dress was now a shade of deep blue, the damp material spreading out beside her in the flowing tide. Bane was looking down on her, everything dry but his knees. She saw a smug grin play across his face as she glared up at him.
“You look so much better like this,” he purred, leaning down to kiss her again. She tried to stubbornly avoid him however, he had her trapped and she couldn’t. Though she tried desperately to steer clear of him, when their lips touched, it sent energy crackling through her entire body. She hungrily moved her lips against his, suddenly not caring how cold or how uncomfortable she was. She could stay like this with him forever. Some people say, in books and such, that friends belong as just friends. As Penny spent this moment with Bane, she found it hard to believe. T. They were perfect for each other in every way, they belonged together like this. Being just friends couldn’t possibly be enough. She would never take any guy – Not Adam, not Razz – if it meant she could never do this again with Bane. It all just felt so right.
“You must be freezing,” Bane remarked when they broke apart.
Penny felt a shiver run down her limbs, noticing all the goose bumps appear along her arms. But just as she was about to suggest they leave, she felt a surge through her heart. Though she could hear that voice in her head screaming Yes! Leave, now!in that foreign tone that was not her own, she ignored it.
“N-n-no,” she insisted through chattering teeth, trying to pull Bane down again with her numb hands.
His eyes twinkled but he shook his head, scooping her up and cradling her in his arms. “You’ll get hypothermia,” he muttered in concern. “I better take you home.”
She nodded groggily, pressing her icy body against his. As her eyelids began to fall shut, she could have sworn that she heard the strange voice rejoicing.
What could leaving the lake possibly do to make her little friend so happy?
She turned over onto her side and squinted through the sunlight at her calendar; it was Monday.
Feeling rising panic begin, Penny flashed a quick glance at her alarm clock. It blinked back at her with a flashing “7:55”.
Crap! She thought with a leap out of bed. Only five more minutes until class!
She stumbled through the items coating her floor, changing out of the sparkly blue dress from the night before into sweatpants and a t-shirt. Since she had no time to shower, Penny pulled her hair into a pony tail and briefly brushed away the smudges of makeup coating her face. When she looked halfway decent, she snatched her tote, slipped on the first shoes she could reach and burst out of the door.
Her flip flops clicked noisily behind her as she sprinted to class. Just when she was a few steps away from her math class, she collided with a person in front of her. She let out a startled cry as her tote fell and scattered her books everywhere. Scowling, Penny mumbled a quick apology without looking up as she shoved her books back into the bag.
Just as she was about to rush off again, the woman felt a hand grip her arm. “Hey, where are you off to in such a hurry?” the person she had bumped into asked.
Adam? What’s he doing here? She asked herself in confusion, recognizing the voice almost instantly.
“Um, class… And I’m late, so would you please-”she tried to push him aside, but he wouldn’t budge.
“Penny, Jordan was found dead this morning,” Adam informed her, running a hand through his thick hair. His emerald eyes had a glossy sheen to them and they were lined with dark circles.
She stared blankly at him, the graveness of his voice not really clicking. An awkward chuckle escaped her throat. “Good one! You had me scared for a second, there.”
“I don’t have time for this, Penny,” he sighed bitterly, his breath shaky. “They think it’s a murder. He disappeared the night of the party and you were the last one to talk to him, besides his girlfriend. But she’s dead, too. The police want you down at the station right now.”
Penny felt her heart drop like a stone in her chest. “You’re serious.”
It wasn’t a question, but a fact.
But how…? It seems like it was only seconds ago that he was alive and hitting on anything with a skirt… She thought numbly. It was hard to imagine a cheeky guy like him to be lifeless. Despite his style choice, she still couldn’t see him as a real corpse.
Adam began to walk towards the entrance of the university, meaning for her to follow. Penny still wasn’t sure if she believed him or not, but she made her way to his car, nonetheless.
The morning sunlight was spilling across the street, dancing along the dull, grey pavement and turning it silver beneath the puddles from a light rain the night before. She tiptoed around the splashes of liquid before slipping into the front seat of Adam’s freshly cleaned, cobalt blue Mercedes. It was times like this that reminded Penny how much money the Razz family had. Jordan hadn’t really had the appearance of a rich boy, but Adam definitely did. Last time she saw him, he was wearing a vest and dress shirt. She thought it was for the dress-up aspect of the party, but there was nothing animal themed about it. And now that she saw him sitting beside her with a charcoal suit and tie along with a crisp, white undershirt, she knew he must dress like this all of the time.
He pulled on dark shades before starting up the vehicle and heading to the direction of the police station. It really wasn’t all that far away, them living in a fairly small town and all, but the silence that stretched out between them made the drive seem longer.
Or maybe the car ride seemed longer because they passed the station. In fact, Penny was too stunned from the bad news to notice that they were actually heading in the opposite direction. “Um… Adam, it’s the other way…”
But beside her wasn’t Adam. It was a girl with blue-grey skin and thick hair like threads of pearl. She turned her head to Penny, flashing a toothy grin. Her eyes were even darker than Gydan’s.
Penny choked in alarm, jumping half way out of her seat and struggling to open the door. The handle wouldn’t budge.
“So we finally meet. I’m Wyla, and, boy, am I ever glad to have found you so soon!” the girl chuckled, stopping the car and kicking her feet up onto the dashboard. "Do you know what I had to do to get here?
Stealing Adam's car was no walk in the park, I guarantee you. Luckily, he was out for breakfast with Jordan. I can't believe you fell for that little murder story, there... I'm proud of you, though; you didn't cry. I thought I might have to use Bane to convince you, but apparently not."
This "Wyla" girl's babble went right through one of Penny's ears and out the other. One moment ago she was told one of her oldest, though sleaziest, friends were dead, and now he's alive and well... That would normally be a good thing, except for the fact that there was a strange woman who had her trapped in a vehicle. Not to mention that she had taken her out of town and she was somehow managing to drive without her feet on the gas peddle.
"Who are you?" Penny managed to whisper, her face distorted with confusion."Wyla. I already told you," she giggled, before answering seriously when she saw the annoyed expression across Penny's face. "What? You don't recognize my voice? I'm your socius, Penny," she told her mischievously.
Maturity: Oh gosh... Where do I begin? Detailed kissing, it could be slightly suggestive (depending on how your mind works) and yeah... XP I wasn't too detailed, though. I couldn't be as detailed as I wanted to be without going overboard... Haha.
