If Jami felt anything, he didn't show it. He refused to pull away--he'd been waiting YEARS for this, and nothing--not even a great deal of pain--was gonna make him pull away.

A dragon about fifteen feet away grinned and focussed on Cassie. A feeling of bliss fell over her mistress.

Cassie felt herself relax against her will and kissed him back; nothing of what she conciously wanted to do.

Holly turned around slowly, but she was incredibly tense, and looked a little freaked out. "Why did you do that?" she demanded touchily.

Grace did find a book, and in a dreamy sort of state where she wasn't really noticing anything, she went and sat down at a reading table with another girl. She said nothing, didn't even give her a second glance and opened to the first page.

Taylor watched the girl curiously and looked at the book but she couldn't see the cover of it. "Whatcha reading?" she asked curiously.

Hazel's eyes were round and she pointed to Tyson, who was cowering behind the girl's legs with the toy in his mouth. She gave an apologetic expression and put her hands in the air; she hadn't meant to, she hadn't even seen the girl.

Eventually, James pulled away.

Cassie pulled back, emensely light headed and not in her own mind. A look of realization crossed her features and she glared at Jami. A look between fear, anger, happiness and more anger crossed her face. To be honest, she didn't know how to react. She drew her arm across her mouth as if to wipe it off.

With a stone-cold glare she pushed away, picked up her shoes and added, "I'm not acting, James," her tone was confused like she felt. Quietly she headed towards her room. 'You weren't any help, Fett.'

'Was too! I made you kiss him! Now you'll realize you--"

'But I kind of like Alex too but now I like Jami again... Ugh!'
