I do the Featured Member every month and I've noticed it's really hard for me if you don't put the member's full name. Example:

Member: Lexi

But the member's username is Dragon_Heart or something, I don't know everyone's nicknames and then I have to PM people and it takes me a lot of time to do this. Just keep this in mind when you nominate people for Featured Member every month. Thanks!
