The wolves of Viruarya-UPDATED

"Leafe, do you smell her anymore? I smell another fea, and I can't tell if it's her or not," Alexia said, more or less yelled. She sighed, looking around, feigning fear. "Leafe! Please, come help!"

"Alexia!" he howled, now scrabbling to hold with his front two paws. "Help me!" he dangled over the river and sharp rocks that were on the bottom of the ravine.

Alexia turned away from the forest, her eyes landing on Leafe. She gasped. "LEAFE!" she yelped. She ran as fast as she could to the brute. She grabbed his paws with hers and yanked upwards.

Leafe pushed up with his back paws, trying to get a grip on the ground, but failing, slipping back and almost falling. He managed to get a hold though and pull himself up.

"Oh, my gosh, Leafe! Are you okay?" Alexia asked, panting. She looked at his wounds, and, feeling terrible about them, began to lick some of them.

"I-I'm fine," he told her, watching her lick his wounds. "Its okay, I'll go clean them myself, don't worry about me." Leafe limped over to a tree and began to lick his wounds clean.

"You're seriously hurt, Leafe. I-I need to help you. Let me help." She fluttered off, to go get some healing herbs. She prowled through the forest, hunting down bone. After she found a moose skeleton, she tore off a femur, then tested the strength. It would hold up, but she could break it if she tried hard enough. She broke it in half. Panting, she looked at the two halves before her. She nodded, then put them in her mouth. She grabbed some carnations, poppy seeds and some cobwebs. She headed back to Leafe then laid out the supplies.

Leafe looked at all of it. "What's this?" he asked quizzically. "What'll it do to help me?" getting up, he squealed and fell back down. His front left leg hurt terribly.

"I'm going to make you a splint," Alexia explained. She chewed up the flowers and seeds, then spit them out onto a splotch of grass. She took a half of the femur and held it up to Leafe's legs. It was a perfect length. "Which one is causing your limp?" she asked.

"Left front," he told her, picking up his leg for even more detail.

"I see," Alexia said, nodding. She held up the femur to his front left leg, nodding. She got a bit of the flower and seed mixture together, and slathered some on his leg. She then placed the bone on top of the mixture, wrapping it in cobwebs. She then molded the rest of the mixture and cobwebs around his leg, so that he now had a "cast" of some sort.

Fotia stayed low to the ground, a bit of blood still on her muzzel from the brute. She edged foward slowly towards the buck that was drinking from the stream. When she decided she got close enough, she pounced foward, tackling it to the ground. It stuggled to get her off of itself. Fotia took its neck in her mouth and twisted it, killing it instantly. She smiled and started eating her lunch. She thought she smelled other wolves but ignored it.

Alexia's nose twitched. She smelled an unfamiliar scent, that of a she-wolf. She growled. "I'll be right back," she muttered towards Leafe before stalking off into the woods, towards the stream. She also smelled a buck, and figured it was the mystery fea's lunch. She shook her head and prowled closer, until she saw the female engrossed in a meal. The she lowered herself to the ground, her steps silent, as well as her breath, which remained shallow and quick. She waited for the right moment..which was now! She pounced, landing in an extremely close proximity to the fea. She lashed out with her claws, then fell back, her jaw open. "Who are you? What are you doing on my land, evil one?"

I heard a fea and turned around, hackles raised. I growled. "I am Fotia. And I didn't know that this land was taken."

"It has been my family's land for many moons, Fotia," Alexia snarled. "You, I can tell, belong in Lower Coldwood. I suggest you leave, go there, unless you want no more to live," she said snidely. "Your choice."

I growled. "Very well then." I took the buck by his neck and yanked up, pulling him onto my back. I started walking away. And the other thing I can't stand. Someone judging someone else before they get to know them.

Alexia rolled her eyes, watching the fea disappear. Once she was long gone, she turned away, trotting back to camp. She trotted over to Leafe once in camp, and sat next to him under the shade of the tree.

[Uhmm..I have things I need to do..so, I won't reply for a little bit. Just to let ya'll know. (:]

When she decided she was far enough away, Fotia stopped and set down the buck and continued eating. Lower Coldwood . . . Must be a pack. Ah well. I've been a loner since that day . . . No. I won't think about it. That day is in my past. I have to look towards the future. It's about time I joined a pack. I'll try to find the alpha . . . After i'm done eating . . .

(I g2g, but I'll be back in about 30 minutes to an hour.)

Adriano's nose twitched; what was that he smelled? A new fea? He sighed, looking at Callous. "I'll be right back; there's a new wolf, I need to find her." With that, the brute stood from the buck and ran, as fast as he could, to the scent. When he found her, he smiled. "Hello," he greeted.

I looked up from my buck, a little blood on me still. I smiled back at him but kept my guard up. "Hello. Are you are . . . ?"

"I am Adriano," was his reply. She was gorgeous and brought the seriousness out of his voice. He cleared his throat. "Are you a loner? Or part of Alexia's pack?"

"Alexia? She must have been that fea that I ran into just a short while ago. But yes, I am loner."
