1. Give the suspect a bag of potato chips and watch how he eats them. He's Kira if he makes too big of a deal out of it.

7. Take a bunch of anti-heart-attack medication and tell him you're L - and that you want to be his best friend and that your real name is [insertnamehere]. If you see him writing anything, shoot him dead right there.

9. Get in a police uniform and get a bunch of police buddies to come with you to a shootdown of your suspect of Kira. As soon as the chaos starts shout, "This is Officer [full name] speaking, and you are surrounded! Do not attempt to escape!" or something of the sort. If he turns your back to you and begins to write something, tell everyone to shoot.

14. Tell him he has three wishes. If they are L's real name, to know everyone's name by looking but not have to shorten his lifespan, and to not be considered as a suspect for Kira, it's Kira. xD

17. Put a bag of potato chips in the room where you know your suspect is about to walk into. Watch from either cameras or your own eyes to see if your suspect is writing (vigorously) while eating potato chips, and maybe laughing madly as well. If that occurs, voila.

18. If your suspect is a girl, tell her she can marry Light if she murders someone without having contact with them in any way. If said person mysteriously die of a heart attack, then she's (the second) Kira.
