"You should look at it as a sign of individuality, not something you have to hide everyday," I studied her hand. Burn marks were nasty, but I was sure that it couldn't be that bad.... Or could it? Either way, I thought she should accept it and remove the jacket.

He doesn't know what if feels like to lose it all... she thought to herself. "I guess so," Violet shrugged slightly. The burns were nasty for anyone to see at first, but it wasn't too bad since they had healed over the years. "...You won't think... that I look like a freak, if I take off my jacket. Will you?" she asked him shyly, feeling stupid to ask that.

"Of course not," I shook my head, not sure what to expect, but I knew I wasn't going to be rude about it. I was used to weird and different. I had scars all down my arms and legs anyways, from being abused as a child. I could kind of relate to being 'different'. And I wasn't a very judgmental person...

"Of course not," he shook his head. Violet smiled slightly, although he couldn't see. "Thanks," she said somewhat quietly as she unzipped her jacket. She slipped her arms out of the light green jacket. She saw the burns that went down to her fingers. Violet stopped for a momet, shivering at the thought. But she slipped off the hood and folded up the jacket. Her long black hair fell down to her back. She opened her goldenish colored eyes as she could feel the air against her peachy skin, during the day too. Violet looked at the pink marks that were all over her arms, and slightly on her face too. She looked at him shyly, feeling awkward that someone could see her scars.

I smiled. "See ya'." I turned up and did the short jog back to my house. I went into the master closet and found my little black bikini. I smiled and slipped it on. I looked in the mirtor and smiled that it still fit me. I slipped the tank and bootie-shorts back on over it and walked to the waterfall. Dang . . . I haven't been there since the day I had to save Bethany from drowning. . . I smiled at the memory of my evil cousin and counterpart explaining to me that she thought she could go back home by jumping back through the waterfall. I half-laughed.

I saw Jake and two chicks I didn't know, along with Emma, walking to the beach. "Wonder what Miri would think if she saw that," I thought to myself, shaking my head. I never really would understand that kid. At all.

Nonetheless, I continued to my house. Changing into a pair of blue black and white board shorts, I looked at my reflection. Surfboarding really did help to tone my abs, as I flexed them. Smiling, I wondered if I'd need a towel. "Whatever," I shrugged, leaving it behind.

Leaving my house, I went straight towards the waterfall, where I saw Jess in a black swimsuit. "Hey," I smiled, jogging to keep up with her, before slowly getting into the water.

I heard a familiar guy vioce saying "Hey," as it got closer. I smiled and turned around to see Jason. "Hey," I said back as we got in the water. I was glad that I had been working out. Instead of my usual pale skin that I had had for the past 19 years, it was actually a little tan. My arms and legs weren't just toothpicks anymore, but they were too big with the muscles. And on top of that, a small six pack was starting to form over my stomach. Plus my hair had been growning out so now instead of it barely touching my shoulders, it went to a little bit above my waist. So muscles plus tan plus longer hair equals a new and a little cuter look for me that I really liked.

Deeper in the water, I swam towards the waterfall. "I wonder what's on the other side..." I thought to myself, floating on my back, until the waves pushed me back to the shore, where she was.

I was wearing a white tank top and pretty short denim shorts, seeing how it was a hot pre-summer day. Slipping into my zebra striped sandals, I headed out of the door. My hair was pulled back in a black headband, my head of blonde curls looking similar to Alice's from Alice in Wonderland. Actually with blonde hair and bright blue eyes, I had been compared to her several times before.

I walked outside, taking in the smell of daisy's and accepting the warm rays of the sun, as my feet gently kissed the earth. Applying an extra layer of Victoria Secret's lipgloss for support, I headed towards Justin's. I knew it was time to get over Jeremy, but I was starting to think I never would. Maybe he'd always be there... But I'd just have to learn to live with it... Or hopefully one day I'll forget that he ever existed, though I knew I didn't necessarily want that. Or did I? I didn't know. I cleared my mind of all Jeremy-related thoughts before knocking on his door, waiting for an answer.

"Fine, just getting ready for the baby," Jake shrugged casually. Alexis was alone and I wondered where MY kid was. "So, where are your kids?" I asked, raising a curious eyebrow, letting loose all of the tension so that I was calmer than ever. I swear to god, if she left them home alone I was going to....

"Oh yeah, I haven't seen them yet. I heard they were twins and you guys just split them up?" Jake asked, indicating whether what he had heard was right or not. "Truer than ever," I thought to myself, thinking of poor, sweet, Evelyn. How was she doing alone? She had never been away from her sister before... I'm sure she was scared and hardly ever talked. I hoped Avalon was giving Alison one heck of a hard time.
